Mike Paul really helped me out with a wordpress issue I had.
My site had a HTTP ERROR 500 and the client was on my neck.
Just when I had thought of starting all over again he sorted me out real fast and my site is working just fine!!

Good uptime with really good support
we have our websites with infrenion since 2010 and have found them to be excellent so far. My tickets usually get answered within 10 - 20 minutes and I really do not remember if my website has been down since last 3 and half years.
i recommend them highly

Went from ok to abysmal, move your websites else where now!
15 years in the internet business and I've never dealt with an ISP as bad as this. It didn't used to be like this.
However now support is basically non existent. You can't contact them except via support tickets that they take days to answer. Their support ticketing website doesn't even work so its almost impossible to use!
I assume they are about to go bankrupt any day now... im going to move my clients off them as soon as I can.

Keep up Infrenion :)
We are with Infrenion.com since June 2008, excellent customer service. Polite support staff and quite techy too. Excellent uptime, speed and performance with cheap hosting.
Infrenion pays good attention on the customers problem, nice to have such web host. So far no issues.
