Excellent response to initial call and subsequent service.
I required a full image and restore of my hard drive after the discovery of multiple bad blocks. A new (higher performance) drive was purchased and the data restore completed in under 24hrs (the original disk was in a bad way and the data took hours to reconstruct before the image could be taken). This was installed and the PC returned the next day, ahead of expectation.
Fully recommended.

We used Matt and his team at Ingenuity to put all our IT and communications in place as a small start-up business. From ground-up advice, to hardware acquisition, to on-site installation and software integration, the service was impeccable with everyone highly knowledgeable, approachable and professional. These guys really know their stuff when it comes to IT and have gone to great lengths to understand our business and its needs. As well as providing prompt day to day support, they have assisted us with every aspect of a full blown server installation, through from understanding the requirement to sourcing the necessary technology and providing a full install. Would recommend!

This was a very tricky software problem. The new version of AVG anti-virus had not installed correctly and was creating havoc with my PC and my laptop. Dan from Ingenuity IT worked doggedly for a long time to overcome the problem. The laptop has never worked better and the PC has been restored to normal function. I am also pleased with the free sound recording programme which Dan installed for me.

Quick responses to queries. Approachable staff who explain things clearly and take time to understand our needs and respond appropriately. Very satisfied.
