Scammers from UAE. BEWARE !!!!

They are a scamming company... they use designers from fiverr and try to scam you for trademark and copyright.

I cannot reach anyone nor login to our website. Are they still in business?

Thieves...Beware..!!
They never completed any project, they will ask you for money in advance, they will not answer your calls or msgs after a while.
They are fraud and bunch of thieves.

Scammers. Do not deliver product. Do not answer calls. They do send a payment invoice though. Total garbage. Do not waste your time nor money. As mentioned earlier by another reviewer....INGIC getting one star is a favor to them....normally, it should be zero stars.

Scam warning..
Do not use this company. I paid them to build a website. They took my money and now they haven't built the site nor will they respond to my emails. I now have 12k business cards with a Web address that goes nowhere. They shouldn't be allowed to trade.

They charged me 130 but orighinally wanted to charge 300 dollars for a company Logo but I talk them down, and I still havent gotten my coppy written logo they said it takes up to 8 weeks i still haven't gotten it ye. My logo I still can't go to the page cause it says it is shut down luckily I have it on my computer still . And now I have spent over 600 dollars for a website an other stationary things that I haven't gotten back yet. If someone is going to sue this company please let me know because I will go in on It. I wouldn't even give them a star if this was possible! The UK branch have taken our money and been nothing but rude - having no completed design we are now unable to reach them - having emailed, whatsappd and called to no avail!

We have spent months trying to finalise our company Logo and now we are back to square one!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience with this company! The company charged me $1000 to build two websites, design a company logo for each of the two websites, and letterhead for each of the two companies and business card design for the two companies. After 4 months and several calls to this company only a logo for each of the companies was delivered. I sent in several website write-ups and pictures for the medical practice website. called in twice a week and the practice website remained unpublished. Finally, I got tired and requested a portal to the website they wouldn't give me.I demanded to transfer the ownership of the site to me and they stopped answering my calls to date. These guys are scammers.

There were so many issues with this company, I don't know where to begin.

The final files did not include a copy for social media. I was told that this was extra, even though it was not mentioned in the product description (obviously this is one of the main logo requirements).

Once the above was completed, I was provided with inaccurate colour codes several times, this too took a week to resolve.

Following this, I was bombarded with calls/texts and whats app messages on Good Friday, Saturday and Easter Monday from a member of staff called John Parker who was very rude.

On a positive note the logo wasn't bad.

Honestly had my doubts with other logo makers and the price of ingic. Thought it would just be a bunch of stock photos crammed together. Logo turned out just how I wanted it and pretty timely. Would recommend for a quick logo.

The company never delivered our product. The company never delivered our product but kept calling us stating that we have to discuss it again. We gave them simple and precise instructions of what we wanted on the order form. The company is operated by an individual who poses as several different employees. We never received our order and just wasted a lot of time for nothing. It is worth it to find a company who delivers!

INGIC Design, so much can be said about the greatness this company possess. The staff is awesome! My interactions with Jason, Eric, and Henry have been fenominal! The designer have been amazing with their creativity. If you have dreams about a great design and great service, INGIC will dream with you!

This young cubs made my dream come thru. Isometimes I'm an grumpy old man but they still treat me with enthusiasm and respect, they did a wonderful job I'm very pleased im happy i did business them shortly ill be working on my website with them.

Its not the organization its the people who make the organization best. Really impressed with the way Jason guided me through all these days and still is up to help me any time I want.
