Ordered a backpack which looked great in the video on the ad. The bag I received was very poor quality. The fabric crinkled when touched! The first time I used it the zip broke and the strap clasp broke. There was hardly anything in it, just a purse, keys and a water bottle. I'm now arguing with them over a refund. Awful company. Steer clear of them...

I ordered one of the backpacks. They sent me the wrong one. I ordered the lattice one and received the other after waiting 20+ days for it. Very disappointed. And no one has responded to me. Also very poor quality not even close to what they advertised. I think I got the children's version. My next call is to the BBB.

Got the wrong item. Customer service claimed I was wrong though pictures said otherwise. False advertising. Not happy. Worst experience ever.

I wish I knew about this site before making my purchase. Looks like I’m another sucker who fell for this Chinese bs. Don’t buy this curler. They send you a thin black straightener that I wouldn’t be caught dead using. Seeing all these reviews looks like it’s pointless to try and get my money back.

Scam scam scam buyers beware you ordered the 2 in 1 curler/straightener and you end up with these cheap straightener my hair is already straight what the hell really. u purchase something there should be no reason not to get what u paid for and specifically picked out per your choice not their choice it's not like a random pick of whatever they want to sending you like with a subscription 2 makeup and stuff someone should be held accountable

Do not order anything from this site! It's cheap and they sent something completely different than what I ordered.

Ordered Mestar Iron pro - received something completely different which I could have got in a pound shop.
I contacted them and they refused an exchange. Offered a partial refund. Not good enough.
If you have paid for the goods through PayPal open a dispute.

Never deal with this company I ordered 2 bags and received only 1 after a month of emails back and forth and having to cancel my visa card they offered me a $5 refund which would mean I would have to give them my new card no, I am at a loss now how I can make them send me a second bag

NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER ORDER FROM INGLL. THEY ARE SCAMMERS I too ordered the Mestar 2 in 1 iron in black and what I received doesn’t even look anything like what I ordered. I emailed ingll and got the same answer as everyone else. I is my fault for ordering the wrong one. Not only did they say it was my fault for ordering the black one...I need to learn how to use it. On the order page you have the option of black or gold. I chose black because it was cheaper. Yes the price was cheaper but so is the curling iron you receive. I was offered a $5.00 refund then $8.00 refund then a $10.00 refund and I am still fighting for a full refund or the product I ordered. I doubt that the mestar is even available period. SCAMMERS

This is one week after arguing with them I finally agreed to a $15.00 refund as I was getting nowhere. I got my refund approximately 5 days after agreement. Low and behold I got a full refund. 2 days after I received a email asking for half the refund back because he made a mistake with the refund. I sent an email back saying no I wouldn’t give back half the refund because according to him I made a mistake in the item I ordered and needed to pay attention to what I was ordering, that this was his mistake and should have paid attention to what he was refunding me. Justice has been served to these scammers for once. I haven’t heard anything back from him.
Please never order from this company.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. I purchased the 2 n 1 curling iron and they sent me a cheap black thin hair straightener. I asked for a refund and a shipping label to send back the wrong item they sent me. All they offered was a 3 dollar refund and told me to keep the wrong item. I escalated this issue, asked them for a full refund due to this error being on their end. They told me shipping would cost half of what the item initially cost me that it made more sense for me to keep the wrong item. Very disappointed and bad customer service!!!!

Ordered the Mestar pro - unlike others it did actually arrive pretty quickly but is a complete fake/knock off.

I mean it has a printed leaflet in from a TYME product (same style hair straightener) and box with “professional hair product” or WTTE on the box. Main annoyance is it actually doesn’t have the one function on it I was after (heat adjustment).

Beware - if you pay via PayPal though it’s worth a punt but make sure you claim your refund through buyer protection on PayPal if you do get stung!!

Company z fraud really I didn’t received my straightener yet I ordered on 24 of February n it’s 12 March I paid 5-12 days shipping it’s almost 17 days

This company is a fraud outside of the U.S. I ordered the Mestar 2 in 1iron pro and straightener and received a black hair straightener iron. I emailed them and told them this was not what I ordered. They said since I ordered it in black is the reason I got the black hair straightener. That is never stated on the website. My receipt says I purchased the Mestar 2 in 1 iron pro. They told me I had to pay the shipping for their mistake and it would be very costly. They offered me a 30% discount. I told them I don't want a discount for something I didn't purchase. They then offered me a 50% discount. I decided to take that but will never do business with this company again. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a 2 in 1 curl & straightener in January . It's March now and I still haven't received it yet. the tracking number they gave me is never available. Email them a few times but they never reply. Scam !

This company is a fraud. They advertise one product and send you one that doesn't even match the product on the box it came in. I ordered a 2-1 straigtener and curler. I received a cheap, used, battered, 1-inch hair straightener in a box FOR A DIFFERENT STRAIGHTENER. Although customer service was very quick to respond, they told me they would not refund me my full amount, they will not send me the correct product to rectify their mistake, and they told me I could return it but I would have to PAY FOR SHIPPING to return since the item they sent me still works. It does not work. And to reiterate, it IS NOT THE ITEM I ORDERED. I have been fighting with them about this for over a week now.

Update: I've been fighting with this company for over a MONTH now. They initially offered me a $10 refund and that price is continuously dropping. They stand by the fact that me choosing a black straightener over the rose gold is the reason they sent me a cheap, used product. They still will not accept fault, they will not refund and they insist the only way *I* can fix the problem is if I pay the $10 shipping charge to return it for the "correct item."

Buying things online is really very convenient, and things are very diverse. The quality of this seller is good. I am very worried about paying the money at the beginning. The customer service will answer you in time. Great, I will continue to shop online in the future.
