I can't fault the service I've received from Ingress, with a special mention to our account Manager Chris H. He and his colleagues have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to ensure we're looked after and receive top quality service.

Having previously used other online supermarket websites, we were initial sceptical about the prices and availability of hardware from other sites. However Ingress have consistently proved us wrong and provided excellent choice of stock with quick delivery and at competitive prices. We've put through multiple orders of varying sizes and have no plans of going anywhere else.

I also enjoy having a dedicated contact to speak to for any queries, which are always dealt with promptly and with a smile - Thanks again!

I have been using Ingress/Box in a Private capacity for a couple of years, when I changed jobs and required a new supplier I did not hesitate to set up a business account with them. I have had nothing but great service from them. My account manager Alex is excellent to work with. He always responds to our quote requests quickly and always tries to save a few £'s here and there. It's so easy to call him with a list of requirements and know in the back of your mind that it's taken care of. Ingress are definitely my preferred supplier.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Ingress to anyone. Other distributors could learn a lot from these guys. Looking forward to continuing to grow our relationship with them.

Ingress/Box are a breath of fresh air. We work with a number of hardware distributors and none of them come close to offering the level of service that Ingress do. Our account manager (Alex G) is a star. He always responds to our quote requests quickly and does his best to source some of our more unusual requirements. It's a joy being able to email him with a list of requirements and know in the back of your mind that it's taken care of - no need to chase up. Ingress are easily one of my favourite suppliers to deal with.

We have been sourcing a variety of IT related equipment with Ingress since October 2021 and have had a very good experience with them. Great service especially from account manager with a wide range of products available, they can even source items not specifically listed on the website!

I have worked closely with Ingress recently and the service has been 1st class. Response times are excellent, and I can speak to my Account Manager "Chris. H" easily on the phone at any time which is refreshing. Ingress pricing is competitive, and deliveries arrive on time. I would certainly recommend Ingress to anyone who is looking for a good reliable IT reseller.

Ingress were able to provide quotations for all components as a one stop solution, ensure they were newer stock, and beat all other competitors on cost.
All components were delivered in a timely fashion, and communication was excellent throughout.
Without a doubt we will be using Ingress for all future project work, sales and quotations.

The product range is varied and having one point of contact to order all the products you need for opening a new sale point (for example) it certainly makes things a little bit less stressful and easier.
