Don’t order if it’s a gift…
Seriously antiquated system - their system is ‘unable’ to include a gift message or even a gift receipt that doesn’t contain item prices, which seems insane for a business that sells things regularly purchased as gifts for new parents! Despite my asking to cancel the order immediately after placing it once I’d discovered this, they sent the order out anyway, and again said their system was ‘unable’ to cancel it once it was placed.
I can’t speak to the quality of the products, but their systems are stuck in 2008 and their customer service is form email robotic. Having to call the recipient and ask them to please not look at the invoice in their gift is embarrassing enough to never use this company again.
