Sooo I did receive my items ordered on 6/01/2025 delivered on 6/22/2025. Shipping info didn’t get processed until 6/12/2025. You should email them for updates to relieve stress because tracking numbers were not given voluntarily. After emailing them, they did respond in a timely fashion. Now about my merchandise. The quality isn’t the greatest but it’s doable. Cut very small so you have to make sure you order a size up. I ordered a belt and it’s definitely made for a petite woman. But no I wasn’t scammed, items took a while to be delivered, but I did get them.

Paid $72 for an item. It’s been 30 days I never received the item. No tracking available. Would not give a refund. I’m working with my credit card company on a fraud case.

Buyer beware, Do not be fooled by the cute clothing. The item I received was too large, I just wanted to exchange for smaller size.
They make the process very difficult.

I purchased a top for $34.56 on line, they sent a different top. Nothing that I would wear or want. They refused to refund my full money for the item I paid for and did not receive. They wanted me to pay to return the wrong item they sent before they would refund my money. Seriously, I have to pay to return the wrong item they sent in order to refund my money? They are a SCAM COMPANY...DO NOT ORDER. UNETHICAL!!!

This page is a scam and a complete joke, goods look terrible not nearly like in the pictures and you don't see your money anymore! Never again! This page should be deleted!

Negative stars are extremely warranted!!!! World’s worst clothing brand! There pictures are lies and the material and sizing is awful. I would not have someone I hate wear these clothes! They lie! There is no real refund and they make there money with scams. It is my goal to let everyone I can to know how awful this brand is and how little they care about customers

The whole experience around the website, shopping proccess, check out was excellent. Congrats you guys!! I'll hace to wait though, to see if I even gets delivered, and more over, the look and tthe fit. So looking forward to that

I loved my experience. All of your merchandise is so different and unique.
So many choices. However, buy duplicating many items , it took a long time to view. I didn’t like it the Men’s thrown in with the women’s merchandise.
I paid through PayPal, making 4 installments. I don’t understand when I have a Thank You for your purchase, showing itemized receipt, why are you sending me emails saying I still need to check out!??! So is my order placed, I have proof through PayPal that it is.

Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Buy!
I received the wrong colors, and the material is absolutely disgusting. It feels like cheap umbrella fabric – stiff, noisy, and uncomfortable. For the price I paid, the quality is shockingly poor. They took too long to arrive.This website is a TOTAL SCAM. I genuinely hope no one else makes the mistake of buying from this company.

Browsing was easy as was checking out. Your clothing styles are just beautiful, and I appreciate the fact that you offer many styles in linen and cotton fabrics. The quality of the fabrics looked good, and I excited to get what I purchased.

I will NEVER order from them again. I placed my order on 4/2/25. It's 5/20/25, I still have received my package. It's been in New York since 5/12/25 just sitting there. This is insane. Let me go another route and hopefully I get it before the 27th

This company is a 100 % fraude!

The articles

1. do no at all resemble the photo INGshows present in their web store
- the article has an ordinary V-neck - not a nicely rounded one as in the picture and does not have a lace to pull it on - as in the picture
- the item has no straps to put a belt through (as in the photo)
- on their website they indicate as quality: linen/lace. This item is completely synthetic and it is a horribly ugly fabric
- even the sleeves are just a straight fit, not at all as elegant as in the picture

2. I also ordered a long sleeve top which has not been shipped I asked them to cancel this article as it is obvious to me that the articles they show on their website are totally out of touch with reality. They stille shipped the order. Same result

After my complaint they gave me 2 options
Option 1: Store Credit/Coupon code
Keep the item and receive a store coupon worth $20 for use on your next purchase.

Option 2: Partial Refund
Keep the item and receive a partial refund of $17

The confirmed the refund but until today I did not receive one cent.

The item I ordered is not what I received. I made a complaint and, due to personal reasons, did not follow up on a reply (that said send photos) for a few weeks. Once I sent the photos, they fell back on the 30-day policy. Consumer rights come into play here. The item was not damaged or faulty, just completely different to what I ordered, so no policy should be in play; they basically scammed me. Grrrrrrr

Orderd a dress for my bachelorette party, Paid for express shipping also.

Today is the 5th Week with no sign off a package or a refund.

When i enquired they said that there was a delay on raw materials & when I asked for a refund they suddenly told me they cant because its already been shipped?

Apparently I get an international tracking number once its dispatched, havent recieved any tracking number, updates, refund! Im so disappointed & disgusted I paid alot overall to get it delivered to Australia.
