Previously I had products missing in my order and no one replied to my email asking what happened. This time it has been 3-weeks, I paid for four boxes and nothing has been delivered to me yet or any notification even to say the order is being shipped. I have sent two emails since and no reply.
Sadly the customer care is poor. They have not delivered because of blueberry bars being out of stock. Instead of sending the rest of the order they said they would cancel the order and I can “go order again, just not the blueberry bar”. There is no name to who you are talking to, just a 🌟 at the end of the email. - Klarna invoice is still not cancelled after 3 days 🙄
I have ordered from this company more than a month ago. They have charged the money and I have never received any products. They keep apologizing on e-mail that my order hasn’t arrived, but there is still no sign of what I’ve ordered.
So disappointed to find out that this company is a big scam.
