I'v ordered and payd € 85,00 2 jackets but I never received I ASKED FOR REFOUND but the take time,after 3 mounths no more answer.

They are theives they stole my money and never refund them back and letting a robot replying the mails backkkk

I ordered 3 dresses. It arrived after 3 months. Dresses are extremely low quality. They are completely different from the ones in the images. I put them to trash. NEVER NEVER NEVER buy something from this site. You will regret.

I purchased 2 jackets on their website. One of them never arrived. The other one tooks long to arrive. When I opened the package what a deceit!! The jacket looked very different than on the pictures of the website and were so cheap fabric I want to threw it to garbage.
I've tried to return the jacket, but it was impossibile because they don't have free return shipping service and shipping costs were equal to the price of the jacket. The customer care is awful. The reply to you always the same thing and don't help in any way.
This website is really a trap. Do not purchase anything from them!!!

I advise everyone not to order from this site. The clothes look lovely on the pics but I never received anything that I ordered. I ordered a sequin jacket and red maxi dress. Neither were sent. I received a man’s red waistcoat and was offered a refund for the sequin jacket that I never received. I was told to close the case with PayPal so that they could issue a refund. Foolishly I did this and have never heard a thing. I lost over £60 on these items. I advise you not to order if you are tempted by the lovely pics of clothing.

This is the worst trading company in the world. Not only the quality of their product are very bad, and with a terrible odor. When you return the items, they don’t reimburse your money.. they are a thieves!! Inniruby and all the other companies part of the same group are a fraudulent companies!!

It’s surprising how many followers on Instagram it has and how deceiving it is! The website is broken! No access to my account! Such a waste of time and money!
What happened to me is that I’ve been one of the blind victims of the scam. No, I haven’t read reviews for this company... unfortunately...
1. it took too long until I received it and there was no notification from your side about it, rather than the response from the costumer service (which was nice), the website was broken and no way to check neither my account nor the current status of my order
2. then one item wasn’t available
3. moreover, the blouse and the off shoulder blouse are terribly wrinkled!
4. white blouse has several black spots on it! It looks like someone has already worn it and it fits totally differently as on the model from the website!
5. sloping shoulder sweater is wrong size! I ordered size M and got L! It looks terrible (photos to be attached)
6. items don’t look the same as on the photos from the website, quality is very poor!

Do not order anything from them! The items on the photos look very beautiful and neat but they are totally different in reality!
If you would have seen the photos I made of the items, you would never order from this company!

I suggest to all the victims to take a action and report the Ininruby Instagram page as scam.

I received my military looking jacket that looks like it was made in a Back Ally Shop by a child! This jacket looks nothing like the picture and I want my money back but can't figure out how to accomplish this as every site states its an error, does anyone have an avenue to a return site? I am happy to post pictures if needed.
THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ININRUBY.

I ordered and paid in US$ for a Jacket, this was at the beginning of February, I waited and waited when it got to the 1st week of March I started to get concerned and looked on my bank statement and 2 payments had been taken and I had nothing to show for it.
I had to contact my bank to stop the money and requested a refund immediately from Innruby so today I finally received an email to let me know that they would process a refund and it would take 7 -10 days before I could see my funds.
This company is a SCAM if I had seen these previous reviews I would have not purchased,

Absolute rubbish quality. What you see is not what you receive.. DONT BUY!!

Worst company that ever exists. Everything about this company is fake. Customer service is is down the drain. Please DO NOT buy from them.
