My experience with INITJAMES was very good. The company lays emphasises on trained and competent workers. Management has close relationship with employees, interms of, employees welfare(supportive), wages and attitude towards work.

I got the opportunity to work with initjames, where i got my first feild experience as a career, I gained lots of experience as i was opportuned to work both night and day. I worked with initjames for a period of over three (3) months as a career, although the homes I was assigned to was outside my comfort zone, I found comfort in my place of primary assignment and my management who would always make sure I never spend my earnings on transport, they will always pay my train tickets to and fro. Initjames is a company who always put my interest at heart while I'm on the job
