InkCraft USA took over $1,000 from my company for a custom apparel order tied to a time-sensitive influencer marketing campaign. The order was rendered completely unusable due to errors created by InkCraft, and they refused to take responsibility or correct them.

Every single asset I provided — artwork files, reference images, proofs, and emails — contained the correct Instagram handle. The correct handle was also present in every email signature and written description. At no point did I submit an incorrect handle.

InkCraft themselves created and added the Instagram handle to the design. That handle was the only call-to-action on the shirts. They printed it incorrectly, directing traffic to another company. This is not a minor typo — it defeats the entire purpose of branded marketing apparel and creates real liability.

When the mistake was identified, I gave written instruction not to ship the defective goods. InkCraft shipped them anyway. I never accepted delivery and returned the package unopened.

Instead of correcting the error they introduced, InkCraft hid behind “proof approval” while ignoring the reality of how the proofs were presented, the multiple delays, the incomplete samples, and the fact that the Instagram handle was added at the final stage by their own team. They demanded additional payment to fix their mistake and offered no meaningful resolution.

As a direct result, an entire influencer campaign was canceled, paid talent could not be used, timelines were destroyed, and I am out over $1,000 with nothing usable to show for it.

This review exists so other businesses understand the risk of working with InkCraft — especially on time-sensitive or marketing-critical projects. I would not trust this company to stand behind their work when it matters.

The shirts are super soft and good quality. The order took longer then we were told it would. Once we got them we are happy with them. Love the green.

The tees & free custom hoodie look perfect!

I liked the hats. The sweatshirts came and where just bad quality the print was fine but i would have paid more for good sweat shirts and i paid to have my logo on the back and it came with just the small one on the front. The tshirts came out good. The stickers are trash. My logo is black with gray writing. It came on a white sticker with light gray. It just doesn't work for me at all i reget getting them.

These shirts took forever and then when arrived, the were too small.. maybe my teenage daughter can wear it as a crop top. But not worth it. Very disappointed!

InkcraftUSA offered a fast turn around and very user friendly site! Prices are great and quality to match.

The shirt were great quality but the image / print was so small. I should have only ordered kids and small medium shirts all the rest looked like a postage stamp. Thanks
