No product has arrived. Order placed 15/07/24. Have chased several times and received a reply saying they were in transit but the tracking number didn’t work and they still haven’t arrived. Have made a claim for a refund through my bank.

I had originally thought I was being scammed, but my socks have just arrived. Yes they have take a while to come, but they have arrived. In 16 days to be exact.

I purchased 3 x pairs of socks and foolishly paid £30 for them. I paid for 1st class Royal Mail delivery and just assumed they would be with me withing days of ordering. It took 9 days to post the item and 3 for delivery. The quality is poor, the packaging is rubbish and I would advise people to give them a miss. I ended up purchasing 6 Nike socks that were similar from Asos for half the price and they came next day.

I love their products. I’ve brought 3 pairs of socks from them in total. One pair was given to me at Christmas, it’s now April and the tango ice blast dyed socks I have are already starting to get holes in them unfortunately which is why the 3 stars. I’m praying the other two pairs don’t go the same way but they were more recent purchases so we will wait and see. The overall speed of service from the company was good. It’s just a shame the first pair I’ve got don’t seem to be lasting
