Catastrophic experience
Catastrophic experience, this does not look like a serious company but rather a scam. They do not process the order, they do not ship, they do not follow up. When they respond, its full of lies. Do not order there.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Order never received – invalid tracking number and no response from customer service
I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
I placed an order with InkLabs on July 16, 2026, for €39.67. The order was supposed to be delivered before my trip, which is why I placed it well in advance.
The order was supposedly shipped, but the tracking information provided by InkLabs has never been valid. The FedEx tracking number they gave me is not recognized on the official FedEx website, while the order tracking remains stuck on “Waiting for information.”
I contacted InkLabs several times to ask for either valid proof of shipment or a refund. I was repeatedly told that the order was “in transit”, but no verifiable proof of shipment was ever provided.
On July 29, after 13 days without receiving my order, I gave the company a clear 48-hour deadline to either provide valid proof of shipment or issue a full refund. They did not respond.
I then sent a final formal notice after the deadline expired, explaining that I would have to pursue the matter through my bank and consumer protection authorities. As of August 10, I have still received no response, no refund and no order.
I have now filed a complaint with the European Consumer Centre in Belgium and am also pursuing the appropriate payment dispute procedure with my bank.
What is particularly concerning is not simply the delay, but the complete lack of transparency and the fact that the company stopped responding altogether despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue amicably.
If InkLabs resolves this matter, I will update this review accordingly. Until then, my experience has been extremely disappointing and I would advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution before placing an order.
