The first time I ordered no problems and when I did have a problem the second time they were quick to respond and help me to the best of their ability I will definitely continue to use this company

i had a problem with my shipment and they are sending me back my order and adding two more tattoos for free, loved their customer service, its quick and helpful, 10/10 experience thank you so much for taking care of my order

I made a large order that ended up getting sent in two different batches. When I received the second batch it turned out to erroneously give me a number of the same repeats from the first batch instead of the remainder probably due to some shuffle in the middle of the holidays. I emailed them about the error and they amended it by reordering the remaining tats that I didn't receive without additional charge to me. That was first grade customer service without nagging, they just did it. I'm a new customer and this was my second time ordering with Inkon and look forward to continuing doing business with them. They are 100% reliable hands down!

Very pleased with the customer service, ordered over Xmas, so expected to be very busy, chased for an update and April was very quick and concise with a response. Would highly recommend.

The shipping company lost my order so I sent an email to inkon, they responded almost immediately and shipped out a replacement for free.

These tattoos are so amazing. The quality is top notch. They did make a small mistake on my order and forgot to add 1 I ordered to the package. I emailed the company to let them know. They responded the same day. Apologized for the mistake and fixed the issue by sending out the missed tattoo. That was more than enough for me but they told me to pick 2 extra tattoos of my choice and they would send them out with the missed tattoo free of charge as a sorry for their mistake. I’m blown away by how great their customer service is. To recap, the product is top notch quality and their customer service is also top notch. I would recommend purchasing from this company hands down.

The delivery is fast. Response for any issue or problem is fast and very accommodating. The tattoos are awesome and easy to put. What I like is that it fades away not peel or look messed up!

Fantastic service I order some mystery tattoos and some other ones and it was lost in transit and they were nice enough to redo the order and offer some free tats getting back to me fast as well, will absolutely be getting some more in the future

I ordered two different tattoos and one of them was delivered incorrectly but I reached out on instagram and they responded very quickly and helped me get in contact with a customer service rep who also responded quickly throughout the whole interaction. They were apologetic and offered to send me the correct tattoo plus two others for the trouble.

I orderd an Item that i didnt want. So I contacted the company. Immidiately they return the money and corrected the order within 30 minutes. Perfect
