Our Company switched to InkPlusToner almost a year ago. Very competitive prices with other online retailers. We did have an issue with a toner, but the customer service was better than expected. A new toner was shipped out within 24 hrs without any hassle. Will continue to use their service and reccomend their name with others.

All ok, except the black toner was leaking. My son decided to clean it up and inserted it into the copier, hoping it would work ok. The leak may shorten the length of time before it runs out. But it is ok for now.

Very Satisfied -- Over the months I have received several non-functioning cartridges (for various reasons), however each time I called and explained the problem, the Company immediately and without fuss sent me replacement cartridges. I am very satisfied with service and quality.

We order three (3) HP40 replacement cartridges. Ordering was easy and shipping was quick. The first cartridge worked for a week with minimal use before it failed, the second cartridge did not work at all, and just installed the third cartridge and it is working, how long is a guess.

Needed a laser toner refilled and was done in 30 minutes

Cartridges provided by InkPlusToner work in my Epson NX 415. That's no small thing the way Epson keys the cartridge slots. I tried InkPlusToner 1st time because their price is realistically low. Looks like I made right choice.

No bad experience of any kind, so far! Wish the shipping was FREE!

This company went overboard to correct my order and I am completely happy with their fast service.

The deals they have on ink is basically unbelievable. BUT the ink always shows up on time and works great! I've found no other place that sells ink at a better price than these guys.

I received my product in the mail in a timely manner and was very satisfied with the ink. It was easy to install after having some reservation at first when I decided to order from InkPlus. However, since receiving the product, I'm happy and all of my reservations in the beginning are now gone. I will deferentially be ordering my ink product from InkPlusToner.com for now on.

The color cartridge printed a test page, then appears to be empty.

I found the gal on the phone to be most helpful and suggested a better combination of cartridges that would save me money.
