Terrible customer service and print cartridges don’t work.

eBay seller.... My problem wasn’t solved, items didn’t work as intended and never got my money back

Avoid at all costs! Do not use this website. Faulty earpods, refused to refund.
Pathetic and dodgy

Terrible experience. No response from customer service, the product was not functioning after 1 week on regular usage.

Did not respond to query. The ink send is not compatible with upgraded epsom. I sent an email - NOTHING. I started a chat on their site to which they introduced themselves however as soon as a i flagged the problem the connection mysteriously stopped! absolute rubbish. buy cheap buy twice. DO NOT USE THEM
Epsom 247 home desktop ink, simple order gone wrong

Came across this company whilst doing a search for printer ink, I can’t believe how lucky I was in finding this company, amazing prices, super quick delivery and first class service, and the ink is perfect to. I will be using this company every time from now on so thank you ink direct.

Awful experience. Ordered some wireless earphones that turned out to be of an atrocious audio quality and build quality, which was to be expected for £20. What was not to be expected was the absolutely APPALLING customer services. I requested a return to be opened so that I could get a refund because I was so appalled at the audio quality, and I was met with what I can only assume is a bot on their live chat called "Jessica", who proceeded to ask for my email and number and that someone would be in touch soon about it. 5 days later, still no one has been in touch, so I live chat Jessica again. She says to please check my junk inbox, as though I'm stupid and wouldn't have checked that. I then respond as such, and she says "Did you already applied for returns?" (direct quote).

She was the one who said that she'd opened a ticket for a return and that someone would be in touch. I'm sorry, but if you cannot remember back 4 days to an encounter with an unhappy customer, or at least can't be bothered to read up on the situation to get a refresher on it, you're a useless customer services agent. When I asked if they were joking, they said "I can see that you had a chat with one of our team member"(again, direct quote), at which point I am getting really quite irate. I just want a refund. This is ridiculous. I'm happy to send the item back. Having read other reviews on here, it's not a huge surprise that this has happened to me.

They also have a fake Trustpilot widget on their website from a website called "✩ REVIEWS" in the same colouring as Trustpilot, which fooled me originally. 4.95 out of 5, my a**e.

Always wary about using companies ive not heard of,but thought i would give them a chance,i neednt have worried,my goods arrived shortly after,at a decent price,so yes i would use inks direct again and would recommend them👍

I'm so glad I've found them! Had an issue with my printer and they talked me through how to get the new toner working. Very high level of service provided I will be back again soon x

Dont touch this company with a barge pole.

I bought a thunderbolt cable for my mac to connect to a screen.

It didn't work.

£4 cheaper than CurrysPC but so not worth the hassle.

Returns are hard work, and they didn't even refund my postage.

Lots! of emails later, I got the cost of the cable back, not going to waste any more time trying to get the postage back.

WORST EVER, 1 PARCEL LOST, THE SECOND SUPPOSED TO BE A NEXT DAY, ARRIVED AFTER 4 DAYS
THE ITEMS WERE PRESENT, SO NOW I HAVE TO PAY MY MONEY TO RETURN SOMETHING THEY FAILED TO DELIVER, NOT 2-3 DAYS, BUT 12DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THE MANAGER IS ALSO NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND ARROGANT
