Used the company for years
Used the company for years, recently the ink used destroyed my home printer, and have wasted time back and forwarding with Leo in customer service. Late replying made it impossible for me to return the inks that ruined my printer. Will no longer be buying for home or my office.

After reviewing the email correspondence, I can see that Leo responded to your messages within reasonable timeframes. I also noted that at no stage was there any advice to dispose of the inks.
As part of our standard process, we generally need to retrieve faulty products before we can approve a credit or refund. Unfortunately, as the inks are no longer available for assessment, we're unable to process your request on this occasion.
