I stupidly inserted a toner cartridge into my printer without removing the orange tabs. Needless to say, the printer didn't work. I stopped in to Inky in Tokai and explained my predicament to Stacey. She found a way to extract the cartridge without doing any damage. She was great! Particularly because I had bought neither the printer or the cartridge from Inky. Thank you Stacey. Five stars. Stacey at Inky shop tokai was simply amazing, I was very impressed 👏 her knowledge and advice on our needs for the copy machine and it helped me make informed decisions on original versus generic ink benefits and features. On top of this she helped us remove a piece of Lego from our machine, can u believe it (our paper kept getting stuck) beyond the call of duty. She also gave us a quick demo *best practice* when using the machine, things we did not know.

I left satisfied but Stacey deserves the credit 👏 definitely won a ongoing customer

I asked the lady do they sell sublimation ink for tshirt printing she told me yes.
I asked jed again is she sure she said yes.

I didnt know that time but i couldnt understand why my print wouldnt print.
I phoned today and she told me no.

Now no one can give me a silution to my problem.

Im losing business due to someone that told me yes that is the corect ink.

They told me they have done research on how to flush my tank but if it brake there ia nothing they can do.

I bought a brand new printer now you telling me you cant do anything.

That wont be the last time you will hear from me.
