This is a total scam

This is a total scam - they say that that the delivery time is between 3-7 days. It's been more than a month that the Keyboy has not been delivered and I don't have an expected day of delivery. On top of that, they are not getting back to my emails. Noone should waster their time with this "company".

It's been over three months since I placed my order. I've written to the support email and all of the social media profiles with no response. They even leave me on read.

Fraudulent Company

Fraudulent Company! SCAM! beware! Shipping Policy states that they provide delivery within 7 days. I ordered last Sept 30th. It is now Oct 22nd and I have not received my order yet -- they also do not update or provide any shipping information. I also cannot find them in the BBB list to report their company - they are in Canada and their business address is not in the BBB list (Canada). Be careful! Do not buy!

Inspiring experience.

I misplaced an order, I forgot to put the discount code. Immediately after I placed a second order, this time with the code, and asked them to cancel the first one. I never got a response, not to the email nor to the message sent with the contact form. Also my email provider notified me that the mail I sent them coul not be delivered at all!
Also, they stated that the delivery would take 3/7 days but it's been two weeks now and they both are "ready to be shipped". Still they took the money for both orders.
And Shopify also does not give any kind of support.
This works so well that maybe I can start scamming like them too.
Jokes apart, this is disgusting.

This product is incredible and well…

This product is incredible and well worth the money. Cannot believe how great it is. Takes me back to the days of gameboy. Highly recommend this for al budding gamers as well as experienced games who appreciate nostalgia.

So far games run great

So far games run great. Joysticks move great and responds perfectly. A,B,X,Y is great. Only minor complaint would be the down buttons on the d-pad takes more pressure.

I was scammed by this company. Beware!

I was scammed by this company. they sell faulty controllers for double the price. Beware do not purchase! The language on their website is misleading information and you will not receive a refund, I’ve emailed for 3 weeks now and it’s radio silence. Their policy states rest assured you will receive your refund with no shipping return but it’s all fake. They ghost you when they know you’re on to their scam.

I’ve sent several emails since my review on trust pilot and no response. They copy and paste this blurb to give the impression they are trying to resolve. “We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and want to assure you that we are here to help resolve the issue. As per our policy, we will gladly initiate a full refund or offer to send a replacement. However, we do review each case individually to ensure a fair resolution”
however it’s totally false and no one responds.

Will not provide returns. Do not trust the refund policy

I very recently purchased a keyboy and found that I was dissatisfied with the overall product. Their return policy clearly stated that if for any reason you decide to return your product, you will be given a full refund, so long as you email the support team within 15 days of receiving the product. I did this and the response I received from the response team was abysmal. They told me that the product could only be returned if it was damaged which was not stated anywhere in the return policy. I pointed this out to the support team and they proceeded to ignore all of my emails. They have yet to respond till now and their initial response made me feel as though they themselves hadn't even read their own return policy. Utterly disappointing. I highly discourage buying the product and only recommend if you are 100% sure that you won't return the product for any reason. Edit: The company has responded with the same response they've been emailing me which talks about how buyer's remorse is not a valid return reason despite it saying on their return policy that if for any reason you decide to make a return, they guarantee it with no shipping cost. I am now convinced that this company is a scam and aim to deceive people with an unclear refund policy.

Its a scam website

Its a scam website, they sell mediocre R36S controller that can be found for half the price elsewhere. More importantly they have misleading information on thier website about the return policy. On thier website it clearly states "If, for any reason, you decide to return your order, please email us at xxxxxxx 15 days of receiving the product. Rest assured you will receive a full refund with no return shipping costs or additional expenses on your part"

But when I contacted thier support, I recieved the following reply "While our return policy states, "If, for any reason, you decide to return your order, please email us at xxxxxxx within 15 days of receiving the product," it’s important to note that this does not guarantee an automatic refund. The policy clearly indicates that you may contact us if you wish to discuss a return, but it does not obligate us to approve every refund request.".

Great product, great service, loooong delivery

I waited nearly a month but I was in contact with their customer service who could explain to me that they had some delay due to customs and import to Europe. I started to think this was a scam, but once I got the KeyBoy (128GB) I think it was totally worth the wait. Great value for money - and a solid trip down memory lane.

Overpriced product and extremely slow delivery

I have received an order, but I am very unsatisfied with unaccaptable delivery time. It was very important for me to get the console in 3-5 days since order (as Inlighte states), but it took 23 days in total to receive the package. If you do a dropshipping business then please do it properly. Easy I could order the same product for more than 1/2 the price directly from China, but I chose Inlighte because of the promised delivery time. As delivery time was crucial for me- Inlighte get a one start rating from me.

KEYBOY itself is pretty good, is just a alibaba resale/dropship (just look for R36S game master) and did take 2 weeks to get sent.
