This represents my experience so far (UPDATE)
UPDATE: On 3/10 the item was transferred to USPS custody and was delivered the very next day. The product exceeds my expectations significantly. So the frustration I had with not knowing when my order was coming is gone and I turned into a happy customer. My final thoughts are great product, good value and ultimately a reasonable lead time.
This represents my experience so far. Order was confirmed on 2/29. Today is 3/9. Don't have any real visibility into the order progress yet. All I know is that a usps shipping label has been created so tracking has been enabled but I have no info on when I can expect it to actually enter possession of usps or ultimately when I might actually get it. anxiously awaiting update.

My ButtBuddy came without PARTS ... jeez ...
My ButtBuddy came without an installation plate, water hookup, or T valve. I contacted the company and offered to. PURCHASE all of the pieces ... submitted photos and receipts per their request ... and I proceeded to hear NOTHING. What a lousy company!!!

You send your stuff out USPS, which is super cheap and never gets to anywhere when it should.
I have been waiting over a week for this simple T, got frustrated at your incompetence and went and found something that worked better.
So you got $10 free - A**holes!
