Innago is free for landlords and user-friendly for tenants and landlords. Highly effective in payment processing and deposits. Invoices are completed accurately.

Innago did finally call me back but won't process payment until Nov 6. I'm glad they called back but one week to process payments is not very good!

Innago makes managing rental properties easy! The best part is it's FREE! The set up is guided, customer support is outstanding, security features are above average. This app has made tracking tenants, income, expenses, even maintenance requests, a breeze!

The software is buggy and not intuitive. To me, the layout and operation does not make sense. If you call for assistance, you rarely get a person on the line. You will leave a message and they will call back but by then you are not in front of your computer. I have been locked out a number of times. I would be wary of this software.

Innago allows vacancies to be advertised online, allows applications to be processed online and allows tenants many options to help themselves on the portal.

The ease of use and how Innago does everything for me from tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance requests, and makes filing my partnership tax return a breeze with that data they provide.

Innago powers our entire billing and maintenance infrastructure for our commercial building. The service is reliable, the fees are reasonable, and their support has been responsive, the few times we've reached out. Would recommend their service to other property owners/managers. Prior to using Innago, we processed this information manually over email and payments via Zelle or check. As a result, we lacked the reporting that Innago provides out of the box, which has been helpful. Now, we're able to manage these processes remotely and keep our small team aware of any issues on a real-time basis.

Money takes 4-7 days to process. Customer service is almost impossible ot reach. They have a fake phone number left, so many VM no one calls back. The AI chatbot doesn't allow you to speak with a live agent. I really wanted this to work
