In Nov I had took 30days challenge.
Art is just not about being good at drawing. It reveals your inner self as well. You get closer to your emotions by knowing how you are feeling that particular moment when you are completing the given task. If one dedicatedly does it for 30 days you can actually see a change in you.
For me it has helped me to be disciplined. The tasks are so simple. You just need to open your heart out and draw and colour what you feel. Overcoming fear of art is what one can say.

My son did 6 months sketching classes…
My son did 6 months sketching classes with Dr Snehil. I was amazed at the way my son was able to do the charcoal sketches . He has a very kid friendly way to teach.
