Good morning, our trust pilot emails are automated and on a timer, so international orders, you may find you get the email before you get your order. this is a new thing we have implemented and still trying to work out the kinks. we are sorry for that, and unfortunately once we hand orders over to our courier we have no speed control, you may find sometimes it gets held in customs for a little while, especially more so now during the pandemic. we are currently looking into more shipping methods to try and reduce the wait times.
