I’m beginning to think this company is only now trading to take customers money. I have reached out on numerous occasions and received no response. There is only one way of contacting this company which is by a generic email account . There social media activity has ceased which is a huge red flag. I bought a toothbrush which to be fair works great. I ordered a pack of replacement heads 18Jan22 but still not received. Sent numerous emails and now website unavailable!

A genuine rip off company. I ordered a toothbrush which stopped working after 2 weeks. They replaced it, same result. Since then not a single email or message has been responded to.

If you buy anything from these people you will regret it as it'll simply stop working and you won't ever hear back from them.

Order a pink toothbrush Jan 06/01/22 still waiting, not replies to emails really fed up with these people and can't believe they are still able to advertise, as they obviously aren't interested in customer service if they actually exist at all. SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO STILL ADVERTISE.

Great product when it works but absolutely awful customer service if you need a replacement/repair.

Toothbrush failed and have contacted them via their website and social media channels but had no response whatsoever.

Will be approaching Klarna for a refund today.

Ordered a toothbrush 2 weeks prior to Xmas as a present and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent over 10 emails asking the question to where it is and had no response.
Funny how they only have an email but no contact number 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Avoid this Company…. I purchased 3 brushes for these people but need to return them, as my partner bought same thing elsewhere cheaper without my knowledge. I have sent lots of emails but can’t get a response from them. Am taking the matter up with my credit card company now…. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ….!!!!!!!!!!!

Diabolical. Do not order from this company!!!!
I ordered a black toothbrush, they emailed to say by mistake they had dispatched a pink one. I replied saying I do not want a pink one. Since it has arrived, I have been trying to send it back but there is no delivery note and no one replies to my emails!!!!!!

No acknowledgement to confirm replacement being dispatched
Hopeless!!!!!

They send you a toothbrush that breaks after a few months you email asking for a replacement or refund but they never answer I am still waiting after 10 days
