If they can't be bother to call and con firm they are coming or not I consider not trustworthy
Sean is a top bloke who's mantra is "we're here to help". Because we were going on a holiday he pushed our job through within a week and did a great job at it. Price was good too, well below the next quote.

Kyle from this company has just completed a brilliant job replacing a rotten ventilation gable. Sean the owner was reliable, professional, and pleasant to deal with providing me with a really economical quote. I would highly recommend this company to do any roofing work.
I just had Sean here to fix my roof after the ridgecap blew off in a wind storm. It was so windy I thought the rest of the roof was going to follow. Sean was here in an hour and replaced the ridgecap in 15 minutes, as well as screwing down other loose bits of tin, and he gave a guarantee for the work. He was so quick, pleasant and professional that I doubt the negative reviews here are real. He called me back when he said he would, and he arrived when he said he would. He's a local, too. I recommend him without reservation.
Contacted them for emergency roof leak repair. Got a call on Sat, advised will come first thing Monday.
Followed up, no response. When I did amange to get through the owner just pushed the date further. Never arrived. Look elsewhere
Their advertisement is BS. I phoned them - no reply. I emailed them - no reply. Don't waste your time contacting them. My guess is they've gone broke.
I had an emergency leak, Sean said he's bring a tarp but he didn't. He then said I'd get a quote within the hour and he's be back with a tarp. I never got a quote and he didn't come back with a tarp.
