I used the brush everyday for 90 days the electric charges don’t work every time and I didn’t see any changes in my hair, around day 75 I wrote to let them know the product wasn’t working on me and I wanted my refund and they told me to wait after the 90 days so the refund policy could apply so I did this
And now it turns out the 90 days are over and they cannot refund me.

Not only the product doesn’t work but they lie to people about their refund policy.

I ordered my inno glam brush and it came no trouble and im happy

The WORST company!!! I never received the InnoBrush, the tracking number they sent me wasn’t even for my address!! The US Post Office even sent me confirmation that it was delivered to another address.

I have filed a claim with my credit card company twice now and each time InnoGlam rejects refunding my $89.00. They won’t even respond to my emails.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

I ordered their brush which will give me a new head apparently, I've been waiting for over 2 weeks, so I decided to track it when i found out that it has been sent back to their base. So I've emailed them to find out why. This is where the fun begins... they emailed me back 2 days later letting me know that the first part of my address( house number) has been missing according to them and therefore they couldn't ship it. So my question, they were quick enough to take my money but they had no intention to make sure my address is correct before the purchase? Oh and the funnier bit was.... am I happy to pay for postage again? Excuse me?! I've already paid £75 and their website claims no shipping fee.... so why should I pay again. Whole company is a joke to honest so i am interested to find out if i will see my money back again or not. Very disappointing and upsetting becquse the product is promising what they are offering. Shame that we are in 2025 and scammers are still exist!!!

If I could give this company a ZERO, I would. Be careful ordering from here. They sent me my $89 hair growth brush that never worked. I contacted them about the defective product. Their policy is is advertised as “try it for 90-days and return it if not satisfied!” I just wanted to return it as it was defective and I no longer wanted this cheap product that didn’t work. I wanted my money back. First they told me their warehouse was in Germany and it would cost ME a lot to return it. So they said just keep it and we will refund 20% of my money. Ummm no- their product was defective from the start. After much more correspondence back and forth, they offered me 40% back. Wrong again! They do not honor their return policy and send you junk as a product. Needless to say after almost 90 days of back and forth I’m getting no where with them and they no longer answer emails. DO NOT order anything from this scam company. I will continue to fight them until they do the right thing. INNOGLAM should be banned from US customers for their unethical business doings and change their name to INNOSCAM!
