I offer this as constructive criticism

I offer this as constructive criticism. Your website needs tweaking. I should be able to add or subtract products on subscription directly. At the moment, one can change, but not add or subtract without a lengthy revisit to the shopping menu. The products are top notch and work as advertised, but shopping online is somewhat user unfriendly. Also, one subscription portal, not 2. Two makes for confusion and ordering problems.

Customer service is quick to respond…

Customer service is quick to respond and attentive to your needs. I messed up my order on accident and emailed them to have them remove something and they did it right away, no hassle or giving me a hard time. They helped me fix my mistake and sent me a confirmation. Most customer service is not a great experience but the one with Inno Supplements is outstanding and I appreciated how much they cared and took care of me.

I always bought these and they worked…

I always bought these and they worked well, but I bought more last month. Ther have halved in size and are now a light sandy colour where as they used to be dark green, I used to see a different just taking 1 and no I see no difference taking 2 so I guess they changed things to make more profit, now u have to take 3 times the dose and they then make 3 times the profit.
Pretty sad for them as people will stop buying so your just going to lose customers

The team at Inno Supps is OUTSTANDING! I had an order delivered, it showed up on time, but as soon as I got back into town from a trip, I found out the the parcel locker had been broken into. Thieves stole the entire blocks mail and packages. I notified the team at Inno Supps, and without any disbelief or runarounds, they simply refunded my money and submitted a new order for me. Great Customer Service....

I made some changes to my Inno account but for some reason they didn't save and my card got charged. Customer Service (Cindy) went out of her way to make sure that my new information was saved and that the charge was reversed. I'm not used to getting help at 12:10 a.m.. I am torn with this company

I love their supplements, but I might continue to find alternatives because, I HATE THEIR WEBSITE! I feel like I'm in a third world country when I visit, you are automatically signed up for subscription when you try to order and you need to click their at least 4 offers to get to the actual checkout, beware. I would just go to Amazon if it weren't $30 more expensive there. Please Innosups, stop with the ridiculous website and normalize the search and order process.
