Placed an order for a supplement but realized I wasn't going to be able to take it due to possible interference with other medication. I contacted them to let them know and recieved very quick help and order cancellation. Great customer service and very helpful.

Do it! You will NOT be disappointed!

I have tried some products one by one, and ended up starting a subscription! I needed to change my subscription delivery date, which was easily done through the website, but I made a mistake lol! Their customer service is outstanding, and their products are excellent! You will not be disappointed!

Innsosupps Is A Remarkable Company

I have been using Innsosupps for a few years now, on and off. I get the fitness bug every few months. When I do get it, I stock up on Innsosupps. In my opinion, they work as described. I’ve gotten results from the products I have used, Night Shred, T Drive and Nitro Wood, among others. Their customer support is worth mentioning, as well. I was recently and unexpectedly laid off from my job due to cut backs. My subscription payment was due in a few days. I contacted their customer support via email and received a response very quickly. I will renew my subscription when I resume working as I feel that Innsosupps delivers great products that actually work and their customer support is top notch. Thank You Innsosupps!!! Fred K

Ordered glp 1 stack... all 3 jars arrived with broken pills, trim biome was really bad... they shipped me a new trim biome... it arrived in even worse shape than the first one. Wantes my money back, but as an international customer return shipping is $50, plus had to pay an additional $48.48 in taxes and duties on original purchase. Id be out almost $100 and essentially gotten nothing. Dont waste your money. This company is garbage

Extremely long delivery times... and then still no delivery

This is really frustrating as there are so many promises regarding expedited shipment and extra fees and still international deliveries do not get delivered. Don't waste your money as you won't get your package. I am still waiting and just get informed to wait longer as they don't have control over shipping and nothing more to support.

Delivery Received

Panicking because my package was declared “Delivered” - and my package was Not in myailbox - I Emailed to express my frustration. However, I as told to be patient, as items can be marked as Delivered prematurely. Humorously, the package was Delivered IN Box late that evening.

Great customer service responce

I tried the products. Nothing really to add in terms of effectiveness but I may not have used them long enough. Canadian buyers beware though as they are subject to duties. What really surprised me is the prompt assistance I received when I realised another order shipped before I could cancel my subscription. I could not find how to do it on the website and thought this would be a pain to get to customer service; but they actually responded to my email within minutes, had already cancelled my plan and advised me to reach out again should I wish to return the parcel that was already on the way sonthey can send me the return lable!

These products had absolutely no impact…

These products had absolutely no impact on my weight at all. What they did do is increase my blood pressure and trigger Hashimoto Disease which now means I am medicated for life. When I asked for a full refund, I was told that it was against their company policy which is 30 days. I wanted to believe in magic, but only lost over $500 USD in fake pills that do nothing.

Don't waste your money.

Absolute zero

Absolute zero. Read that again. You don’t deserve a one star rating but the system won’t register a zero. Packages delayed using UPS. Then its a game of pass the buck. Inno supps says contact UPS because its sitting in a processing center. UPS says inno supps is the culprit. Customer service sucks. I will NEVER order from or deal with these clowns again. Regardless of if or when this ever shows up, I’m done.
