Fraudulent services offered here. They refused to refund fees paid that couldn’t be used because you don’t have a date available. We went a different route and these people refused a refund. $160 is no joke and I will be calling you all out everywhere

There is not a single positive review here. What do we do about this fraudulent activity? Do we just watch them steal from us all? We need to do something about this!

Run away, run it’s a scam, they make you pay twice for visa and later don’t refund and never get your visa

I applied for a visa and upon arrival at the location that I selected for a visa appointment, I was informed that I should have selected a different location that I would need to submit another application and pay another fee, and that my original fee paid would be refunded. For both applications, I was charged more than the fee stated on their website. Fast-forward to today, I am still waiting on a refund on the original fee. I was told the refund was issued over a month ago but neither my bank nor I have received the refund and Innovate Services is still refusing to provide additional information despite my multiple requests for such. I had to put in a dispute on my bank card for the fee and still waiting for a response from my bank. It has been a stressful process and will never use the company again because unfortunately, they are giving me fraudulent vibes and charging people more than they should be charging.

It has been weeks since trying to successfully make the payment online via credit card for my passport renewal on the payments service website innovative1services. I shared my complaints with them via email and they instructed me to Register my Credit Card to for approval. That has been done and they said everything should be resolved. However nothing has change as as I yet unable to complete the payment with my Bank card for my Passport renewal. I have informed innovative1services that I am still experiencing the same challenges making the payment but haven't gotten a response for now.This is very strange as compared to other online payment sources, I have never faced a challenging experience completion a transaction with my credit card.

In February of 2025, I made payment from my Canadian Visa card for the renewal of my son's passport, the payment though debited from my account didn't show up on the Nigeria Immigration Portal
I was forced to make a second payment with my Nigerian Dollar Card which still didn't reflect after debit.
Already in Ottawa I had to refill a form and made a third payment and suddenly the very first payment was validated. I applied for a refund for the other payments immediately and was made to fill out an excel sheet stating reference and order number and the reason I am asking for a refund. After all of these i get notification validating the other two payments (infact the bizzare thing is at this point the passport was already with us). Shortly after I got an email stating that I should follow up with Nigerian Embassy about my refund as they validated three payments for one passport application. That this reeks of fraud is to say the least. It is truly sad and I hope we can all come together and fight this systemic manipulation.

Terrible company with the usual terrible Nigerian culture of poor customer service. Been trying to pay for passport renewal for weeks. My credit card has been approved on their platform, no mail was received informing me of the approval as stated on the instructions, still unable to pay even after the card says approved on the platform. Got an idiotic mail from them saying I should contact my bank or use another card. This is a card I use every day and it works perfectly fine. Not surprised, Nigerian entity acting the Nigerian way…

This company are a fraud: here’s my story. 4 months ago I made an application for a Nigerian visa, I paid online and was given a date to take my documents in with an extra £30.00p arrived on the given date documents handed in and was told the additional fee was £40.00p and not £30.00p as stated in the application. Okay that said and done I got the visa. 4 months later unknown to me these people had stored my card details and charged my bank account a second time £259.00 for the initial visa application which had already been paid for 4 months prior. This I am disputing with them and my bank. I am in the process of reporting them to the police as reading through these reviews it is evident that they are fraudulently taking money from people.please avoid using this firm and if you do please use a credit card and keep an eye on your account up to a year after your initial paid transaction. Rating them one star is more than generous if there was an option to rate them below one I would still think that rating will be more than they deserve. Avoid !!!

Update: Notification in from my bank- this fraudulent firm are now appealing to my bank relating to the second charge relating to a non existent visa application they want the second payment, how brazen are they !!! This is outright thievery

Chills ran down my spine after reading all the reviews. For almost a month now, I've been trying to pay for my passport renewal without success. Initially, they asked me for my application number, reference number, and the first and last four digits of my card. When that didn’t work, they requested the first six digits of my card. Is my card safe? I'm becoming increasingly worried about this company. See below:

As usual, Nigeria can never be good in our life time as far as useless people and companies like this are allowed to take control of everything.

They scammed me but I have raised a dispute with my bank. I have taken a screenshot of their policy. Also, I have an email confirming my refund is being processed then to be lied to that there is an issue with my card. However my card is working fine. I have all the proof in writing. I would get my money back, one way

I have been going back and forth with your guys for a month now. According to your policy and the agent that has been replying my emails. I am due for my refund, why are you asking me to provide my 16 digit card number as well as my billing details and expiry date. Are you trying to steal from me? I have already provided the account details needed for the refund as well as all the application details. It seems like you’re trying to frustrate me to leave my money. However it wouldn’t work on me, I would chase my 128.45 GBP for as how long. It’s my money and I’m entitled to the refund. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!

I have called my bank and reported this case as fraud cause that is what it is. Trying to steal peoples money and frustrate them. I have provided proof to my bank and a dispute has been opened.

Nigerian people should be aware of this so called company innovate 1 service with their fraudulent business I can’t believe it I applied for a Nigeria passport for 5yrs I paid £133.78p but the date I got it was too long which i wanna travelled the following week i cancelled my application immediately and I requested for a refund this so called Nigeria innovate1 service refused to refund my money back with my hard earning money it’s unbelievable and disgraceful to Nigerian that’s why we are going backward every single day. Finally they are telling me I have to make two applications before I can get refunded this is so ridiculous decision.

service is trash. I payed for an a passport renewal online. my account has been debited but I did not get any confirmation email yet. my application form status still says unpaid. and I can't even get through to get an appointment date. its so sad.

I mistakenly applied for the wrong visa and paid. They refunded me within 10 days. Great responses and reliable messaging keeping me updated on all refund processes.

If there’s something worse than a star that’s what this fraudulent Nigerian owned company deserves. This company is a big fraud and should be investigated and sealed off. They scam innocent people of their hard earned money. They are far away from professionalism, honesty, integrity and respect for human rights and decency. These despicable, disgusting, corrupt and criminal minded people extorts money from the people by providing you with false information just so you will fall prey and once they mislead you into making payments, they will turn around and tell you that you chose the wrong information and for that reason, your money will not be refunded. They should be investigated and prosecuted. I had applied for two visa and made payments, less than 24 hours later, I was informed that I applied for the wrong visa so I decided to withdraw the application and requested for a refund and these criminals are telling me that they will not refund my money because the visa application that I did does not qualify for a refund for a service that was not provided. It’s ridiculous and unbelievable. Indeed everything about Nigeria is evil and must be avoided like a plague.

Thieves this company is a big scan. I submitted my daughter passport application and I have printed all the required documents from the checklist sent to my email, these checklist have have my daughter name and application number on it when i got to the embassy the lady there was very rude she requested for my wife passport photo which was not part of the checklist as the check list said one of the parent passport photo must be printed which made me to print my own. The lady said she can't process the application unless my wife passport photo is present i was confused and gave her the checklist we had. The lady said i am trying to proof her wrong that i was rude then went on to call the next person while me and wife with my 4months old daughter was still sitting and talking to her. I told her their is no way i can print what she is asking as i don't know anywhere around then i left her office and went upstairs to ask for the manager or someone i can talk to. I reported to someone else and the person said i should have check on the Nigeria immigration website and not the personalized check list sent to me and said it my fault, this brunch of unprofessional don't know what a checklist it and have no idea they sent one to me. I don't know what to do we left and then innovate service is another pain in the ass company that makes it worst. I have been applying for my refund for the past 8months now and they kept send me the same email like a robot is reply me asking me the same questions over 20times and am fed up. Innovate you are a thief.

I have read customer's reviews and unfortunately, not one is a kudos to this company. I have requested a refund since early May and was told to send some info in an excel spreadsheet which I completed and sent back. I received an email few weeks later saying my ticket is closed. Just sent another request and got a new ticket tonight. Shouldn't be this hard to get a refund since it's not difficult to take people's money. Will see how this round goes.

This company is out to defraud unsuspecting Nigerians. I applied for a passport renewal and paid $245 , Got an unfair date and decided to travel to Nigeria to renew my passport, I requested for a refund and this fraud of a company have been going round in circles and won’t offer my hard earned money. This is why Nigeria is considered a fraud when company’s like this bs innovate does the same thing we are tagged for. What a shame
