I encountered a technical error while booking and I no possibility to put a passenger name, or select it, or review it. The booking was processed without name and automatically connected to my name (account owner). I booked múltiple times vía the app and this never happened before, I was always able to type it in or choose a name. This time I booked vía the browser which was affectedby this error.
Name change costs 115 euros (both flights were 100 euros together..). I called 4 minutes after booking to explain.
In the end I was only able to write with them via a ticket as phone contact was not possible. They closed the ticket saying it is my responsibility to check for the name - but there was NO field in which I could revise due to the error.
I am lacking funds to book an additional flight especially since it was clearly an error from Ryanair side. They closed the ticket with no option to reply. I lost 100 euros.

Saved me loads of money a business rate review
I used Ryan to help with grant submissions. The team were great at guiding and updating with grant calls we could apply for, but where they really excelled was in helping to write the grant. Quick turnarounds, very detailed and relevant review, positive and constructive meetings. Made a huge difference to the quality of what we submitted.

Do not sign a contract with this company without throughly reading the terms and conditions. The can do no work at all and hit you with an invoice for termination for no reason.
We were not contacted by anyone at the company until we decided to make a change which is when they had found savings for us but trying to ask for a report on this was impossible and then suddenly out of the blue received the invoice.
They literally did no work and when questions were asked they kept reverting to the contract that was signed HOWEVER did not up hold their end but threaten legal action if invoice not paid.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I am writing this review to express my profound dissatisfaction with Ryan’s recent service regarding their business rates relief service.
My experience began when Ryan bought out the company we initially instructed, Altus Group, to review and reduce our Business rates. We were informed that Ryan would be taking over the account, and Asif, as Senior Collections Executive, subsequently got in contact.
However, the reality was far from what was assured. Firstly, Asif sent me an invoice for so-called Business rates savings for the current tax year, despite my prior notification that we would be leaving our premises to move to a larger building during this tax year. This meant we would not get the full deduction and therefore wouldn't be entitled to pay the full amount being requested.
Following this, after I sent an email explaining that we had notified Ealing Council and would ask for a final bill to correctly calculate the commission for the business rates deduction as per our agreement with the previous company, Altus Group, I received another email from Asif requesting payment. Not only are we in our busiest period of the year, but it also takes time for Ealing Council to get back to us. After this communication, and as I wasn't able to respond for over a week, we received a default notice and a threat to take further action.
The lack of understanding, willingness to collaborate, and basic business foresight from Ryan was truly astonishing. What is very strange to me is that even after notifying them that we are moving our business to a much larger premises, they have not even considered to work with us on resolving the current issue. They have not even requested information for our new building to offer their services. We are about to sign an agreement for 5 years, and the type of rates saving and commission they could possibly earn from our new, larger premises would more than cover the £500 they are currently claiming from us.
The direct impact of this incorrect action has been significant stress and inconvenience during our busiest period, dealing with an incorrect invoice and aggressive collection tactics, and the complete loss of a potential 5-year business relationship for Ryan.
It's baffling how some companies do business. I guess corporates live in their own world. For me, I would have gotten to know my new client, found a solution, and a way to continue working with them to secure another 5 years of business. Ryan will certainly not be getting the opportunity to get our business.

Never working with them again, firstly they massively overcharged me. When I questioned this they said I was wrong and that no refund should be offered. Then after many calls and emails they finally admitted their wrong doing but refused to let me know when I would get the refund. Finally after even more calls and emails I got the refund. The people I have dealt with have been rude and dismissive.
Then to top it all off they have just sent me another invoice for work done in 2025. They have done 0 work for me in 2025 but still claiming they get 50% of the retail relief even though they haven’t lifted a finger.

Please check thoroughly the Terms and conditions they send. I wouldn't sign them again ever.
According them they can do totally nothing, but if you want to terminate the contract, suddenly termination fees appear, to cover their imaginable costs.
After this post I had a discussion with Ryan again. It went smoothly, they understood my point of view this time. And we agreed to cancel the contract without the termination fees. Therefore I increase the stars rating to 2, instead of 1.
