When I first heard of Innovative Tax Relief (hereinafter "ITR") I was a bit reluctant. I did not want to be a victim of fraud. However, they assuage my concerns, especially Victor. Dealing with the IRS is scary as they are known to be the worst debt collector and have no empathy. ITR was able to lower the amount I owed tremendously, in which I can breathe a little. Victor was patient with me, knew of my concerns and worked with me. As a matter of fact everyone at ITR, from the ROA and accounting were professional. I highly recommend ITR and I will be using them, specially during tax season. Their entire staff is awesome, helpful and knowledgeable.
