This company is honest and dependable a little bit pricey but worth the money that you pay to get the results that you need. Our case manager was phenomenal. She followed through with everything that she said she would she stayed in touch. She never let us feel like we were out in the desert on our own she was always Checking and making sure we knew exactly where we were. I don’t think you could ask for a better case manager than Ivy. It has been such a joy and pleasure to work with the young lady.

I believe my client was scammed by a lead rep Coy James with Innovative Tax Relief LLC he charge her 400 and he said he would look into her tax case he seemed very nice had her sign documents I even looked the company up and it is with the BBB he sent one text to schedule 1 hour appointment never asked for any of her tax paperwork I have called several times and a guy picks up the line as if he is scanning calls for this Coy and tells me he is not available very
unprofessional and rude so I call back a few more times get a guy name Eddie he hung up the call so I call back and another guy gets on and tells me not to call again this is not right should never want to take advantage of our seniors I am investigating and will follow police report against this company on behalf of my client The money she paid needs to be returned

Jacob and his team did more than that was expected of them. My dealings with the IRS are completed and over and I am very pleased with the outcome. They were very polite and helpful.The financing package for their services was competitive and very helpful.

Helpful follow through on working out a payment plan and consistent communication to help alleviate any worries and anxiety from waiting on the IRS. Very helpful with providing paperwork needed to resolve and present the situation with other federal agencies waiting on notification of the progress of our case. Vic is very considerate and encouraging in his interaction when communicating and coordinating with a client ! Great Job !

I paid another tax company to straighten my back taxes out but after I paid them the money they would not return my call or they would say they are going to look into it that went on for two years almost one call to Innovative Tax Relief and one week later they called me back and gave me really good news I would recommend them to anyone that I can think of
