For the last two years I have requested an annual service to include checking if necessary changing batteries. The man who answered was very dismissive and never returned my enquiry with a date to visit. I cannot recommend this company at all. March 2023, March 2024 and March 2025.
Following a recent burglary, we were left feeling extremely concerned about the security of our home, we contact Innovision Security who came out extremely quickly and went through all of our possible options.
Nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy to answer any questions we had as well as making everything as simple and clear to understand.
We went ahead with an installation and feel so much safer in our home now as a result.
We highly recommend Innovision Security and we can't thank them enough for a job well done!
Ben has been incredible - The job has been done really precisely and quickly. Ben was amazing person to deal with before the installation and on the installation date. I know that my premises are now well secured, a service I was looking for for a long time

Really pleased with both product and service. Ben (and other Ben) top guys and clearly expert in what they do. Both the CCTV and alarm was installed quickly and neatly and, even as a technophobe, it’s very easy to use the apps etc and the pictures are great quality.

The upgrade to our security was undertaken during lockdown.
The company came on the booked days, having let us know in advance when and why one appointment needed to be delayed by a couple of hours.
At all times the engineers and security expert wore masks, only entered the house when absolutely necessary and maintained a safe distance when talking to us. The work was carried out efficiently and cleanly and we felt comfortable having them in our property.
Explanations of the operating system were clear and when we subsequently encountered a glitch it was explained and rectified without delay.
The company has been easy to contact and talk with.
The recommended new system meets our needs and expectations.
