Decent equipment so far, delivered in a timely manner so not a complete negative. But with bits missing.

And as I bought from amazon and not innstar direct, innstar cannot help me! Despite it being their product, and their warehouse that has packaged my item and missed the bits out. Customer Service is pointless and just repeats the same old stuff! Would have ranked 5 starts for the product, but as bits missing, which are important and no seemingly possible way for them to send me, 1 star ranking

I have ordered the workout package from them. 2 weeks have passed and no order was sent. I contacted them several times and each time they promised to send the order but they didn't. I received no tracking number from them. I asked for a refund which they completely ignored. In the end, I had to dispute the payment with my bank in order to recover the money. I advise everyone to avoid this merchant.

Unsafe product. Innstar take no responsibility for their product when things go wrong. Shift the blame onto someone else and ignore emails. Horrible company to deal with. Be warned that after slight use over a year the resistance bands will snap.

According to the Innstar web page INNSTAR® products are stored and distributed from our warehouses located in the United-States, Canada, Denmark, Germany, China, United-Kingdom.

I live in Denmark but still the product was shipped from Chenlong in China. This not only resulted in extra import tax, a severe handling fee from the tax authorities - but also 12 days shipping time - all in all from the time I ordered til is was delivered it took 20 days.
That's just not good enough

Parcel not delivered and having been given the runaround on this very bad experience with this site

Package arrived on time ,but two bands snapped, they are useless,according to your policy i can receive two new once for free please send them to my address, adding a picture

Took almost a month to ship and when it finally arrived, it was soaking wet - yet it was delivered on a sunny day

Still haven't got my band this time around. It's been over a month.

My order was taking a bit longer than expected. So I reached out to the company, they were in communication with me all the way until my order arrive. There is a live person not a bot. Love the product and the customer service!

I bought the fully body workout kit (pro) I used to spend 3 hours a night in the gym but through injury and work, haven’t trained for 5years. These bands are in a different league to the normal bands. Much more resistance and a good length for me. The bar makes these a great work out tool. So happy and a great home workout

Not enough communication about my order. Still waiting for it.

Excellent product. I’ve always wanted to work out with weights but don’t have the time to leave the house to go to the gym.
Now I have this kit in my living room I’ve been using it everyday. Noticed my stamina going up and feeling a good pump. Everything you want in a home kit. Don’t hesitate, nows the time to start if you’re reading this.
Delivery did take a while from the website but that was down to the courier and when I emailed innstar themselves about it, I was responded to within the day and very genuine responses at that.

Purchased a resistance band gym set. Transaction was simple and smooth.

My first order was perfect , came in time and was I was kept informed about my delivery, my 2nd order did take longer to come but I had not read the shipping instructions,so it actually came on time , the product is sound but maybe a better structured workout book would improve everyone's experience

I'm still waiting on another part of my order. The one I received was ordered last and I received it first

The pedal pull exercise equipment is well designed and of high quality. The company responded to my queries in a timely manner. It took longer than expected for the product to leave the factory and be transferred to FedEx. The company needs to work on being accurate in its description of when a product actually ships.
