This site is fraudulent. Having added a second -able to its name to mimic an actual vendor, it adds 40% tax (when no tax applies), adds ”shipping insurance”, and pretends to access PayPal. Stay away.
What does this tracking service have to do with contacting the agent who sells the product. This tracking info is a front, scam, front for taking advantage through product purchasers. This should be illegal through all department of commerce's.

Defective product and refusal to refund
I ordered a product from this webshop and received it in a defective condition. When I contacted their support, they refused to send a replacement or refund the full amount – instead they only offered a partial refund.
The company appears to hide the fact that it is not based in the EU, which makes it very difficult to enforce consumer rights.
I do not recommend buying from this site. Be very careful – if something goes wrong, you may not get your money back.
