Having been fairly dismissive of such psychometric tests, I have to say I am blown away by the accuracy and truly enlightening results. I highly recommend people take the time to understand themselves better and how their attributes affect those around them. Great insight for both professional and personal environments!

Very interesting to explore my personality type - and I liked how personal it was. An easy experience and one that I would recommend all managers do!

Personally, it was such an interesting exercise in getting to know myself better. I was asked questions that I'd never thought to ask myself, so it forced me to think critically about my tendencies.

Professionally, my entire team took this test, and it's worked wonders for helping us understand one another and how we can work together most effectively, leveraging our strengths and improving our communication through understanding what resonates with one person and perhaps not with another.
