Very easy to access and view , have had no problems with any downloads

Got my software in seconds and all downloaded and activate of official website, AMAZING, will be back for more 100%

I had a fairly old Dell Inspiron Desktop computer which had become so slow that it was virtually unusable. Not being a computer geek I wondered whether a new hard disk would solve the problem.
I looked at the Inonefile website and emailed them for advice. They assured me that by fitting a new SSD disk, the computer would be back to its old self.
I was doubtful about this. The new disk arrived quickly and I fitted it. Amazing! The computer is as if I bought it yesterday!

I bought so much software from here it's amazing, everything is official, I bought office 2024 and project 2024 and all keys were provided instantly and download via Microsoft website A+++++ also bought before and never had problems despite other reviews, and customer service is so fast and helpful

I have been sent something worng by mistake, but contacted the company and within 1 hours the correct license was sent, all all looks official and genuine Thank you so much A++++++

In 2021, this company ripped me off. Looking at the latest reviews, nothing has changed. AVOID!

I've used Inonefile a few times for Microsoft Office. There is a minor faff in that you need to make a phone call to activate the product but, aside from that, the low cost makes it a great deal.

Product arrived pretty quick but licence wouldnt activate saying , licence or email invalid, msg support, told me i had wrong version of program, followed their instructions, same issue, they say 24/7 support and they respond in an hour, took nearly 24 each time, Luckily i didnt complete my order for additional products, otherwise would have been upset. seems over the years they havent improved much.

UPDATE: 25/12/24 no word from them they just cancelled the order will wait and see if the refund or not...

bought office 2021 and everything was perfect, had a little issue but support sorted out the same day

The purchased Antivirus never arrived
After a prompt a useless South American version was sent with a statement that the error will be fixed by McAfee shortly
Requests for a refund have been ignored
This is NOT a company to trust
To add insult to injury they keep sending me discount offers for other supposed products

Tried to return usb which I mistakenly ordered but the address given was not found by the post, I asked for the address to send it back to and was given another address which appeared to be a row of houses tried phoning but phone says too busy taking calls ring back waste of time do not buy from this company.

Was sent an activation key for MS Office - but it had been used already.

Contacted the company who sent another promptly - but it too had already been used.

Have requested refund & waited days before chasing again today - looks like I need to go through my card company to get the refund. What a PAIN.

Please don't be duped by this company. Ordered Microsoft 365 but download never arrived and they claimed I couldn't have a refund beacuse their policy is "We don't give refunds when downloads have been sent out...". That would make sense if they actually emailed the download. I'm not the only one making this complaint. I'm now having to request a refund through my credit card company but is a real hassle. Please go and buy from a reputable supplier like Blue Nandu.

Keys did not work and no reply from them after several emails tried calling phone number but no answer. All appears to be fake avoid. looked at the address in Canada on website

Wish I had noticed this first.

Bought 2 items from company and 1 of them worked fine.

However,the other item Windows11 pro will not activate.Advised company who said the problem was with my computer which is totally incorrect. At first they responded but now just ignoring me. Have asked for key that works but just no response.

It appears I am not the only person that has had this problem.

So please be wary before parting with your money.

In valid product key!! not able to activate the Windows upgrade. Asked for a refund, they hide behind a refund policy that is not lawful if the product can not be activated. Very poor response from INONE FILE, just no refund, we sent you the key. Scammers

Would have been 5 stars but the instructions for activating the software could have been clearer. (It should have been emphasised that the telephone option should be used - the online option gave an error.) However, once I sorted this out, the software activated as promised. I suspect many others may have struggled with this issue.

It does work, it's not a scam. You buy Microsoft Office at a substantial discount, they give a link to download from Microsoft, which you then install. You need to activate it, for this they give you on your invoice a product key product key *that does work*.

I suspect the people who think it's a scam haven't figured out the activation step...

Paid the price for not looking at reviews before purchase. Got sent a product key which, surprise surprise, doesn’t work. I know I was stupid but not that stupid that I will use the discount codes they keep sending me.
