terrible company acting as our broker for our house insurance, a valid claim for the November 15th storm damages is still not finalised even after 5 months, the phone line is not active, this "Managing Director" is more often out of the office than on duty, their communication is absolutely inferior ... complete disappointment when it comes to customer support, hands off!!!! We will certainly NOT renew our agency contract any more

After 8 years of cooperation when I asked to end my contract with them. They are trying all the lies and manipulations posible to not to cancel it. Where at the end they can be just blocked. Pretty said Spanish way of doing things

Terrible they don’t help you at all only at the start when they take your money

Renewal process for car insurance with Liberty Insurance after three years of being a customer:
1 - Emails touting renewal failed to give a price
2 - Linkage to Liberty Insurance's web page successful but my account flagged as 'disabled'
3 - Request for a fresh quote via this web page showed pricing almost double my existing policy
4 - Phone call to INOV Expat for a correct renewal quote cut off claiming line reserved for emergencies
4 - Scheduled call-back from Janys of INOV Expat performed by Charles without explanation
5 - Charles did not research my existing client status, simply reiterated the invalid/overpriced quote
6 - Response to my emailed notification that I would not renew included inappropriate warning of a Spanish requirement for one month pre-advice
