Excellent Polish manufacturer of cycle power meters.
I recently purchased an InPeak cycle power meter from one of their distributors, as they had good reviews and were very competitively priced (also the model I needed was not currently available from any other UK or US manufacturer).
When the item arrived from Poland it was not working correctly. I contacted InPeak direct, and their customer service responded instantly. They instructed me to send it directly to the factory, where they would repair or replace within 2 or 3 days. There was a free DHL return service, but unfortunately as we are no longer in the EU, I couldn't use it.
The package was held up at Polish customs for about 10 days, but during this time InPeak emailed me every couple of days to apologise and let me know what was happening.
They finally received the package yesterday, and today they emailed me to say it had been replaced, and sent back via DHL.
Throughout, customer service were exemplary - the best I have ever experienced.
I will add a review of the power meter once I have used it for a while.
