Inpods 

Bought for my 11y/o as a Christmas pressie, they stopped working in Jan, looks like a poss charging case issue, no response from Inpod, cheap product, cheap results and no customer service, would recommend that you spend a bit more ££ and try another brand!

Purchased a charging case for AirPods, it stated on the ad that it works for series 1 and 2 of the AirPods but the case doesn’t even close with them inside making the product absolutely useless. That’s £30.00 down the drain.
They also claim all issues are resolved in 24hrs, my claim has now been 2 days with zero response from them. There is also no return address to post the useless product back to them for a refund. If they get back to me and refund I will update and remove this post but otherwise do not use them.

Got the earphones they sounded great but when I put them into the charging case they won’t charge.
Tried emailing company takes 1 week to get a reply for each email when I asked for a return label and refund they have ignored me and not replied!!
Don’t touch terrible company.

Bought directly from inpods.co.uk don’t pair at all and right one just keeps saying to turn on company is an absolute joke don’t answer emails for days and when they do they just keep saying another pair will be sent out this has been going on for couple of months now beware avoid this company like the plague!

Bought two sets directly from their website. One not pairing the left pod switches off. After one initial email giving me advice,they are now not answering me and they are still not working. Would like a refund but think I've lost my money. Should have purchased through Amazon or something for more support. Disappointing.
