Ordered 3 weeks ago, paid for the rush shipping due to my birthday party coming up. Still have not received my order. Tried emailing, but it was returned undeliverable. Tried to go to the portal and it states it will be coming soon. The last email I received over a week ago states my order has been shipped, but there has been no update since then. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I recently placed an order and it’s been 2 weeks and I have not received it. They sent me a tracking number which is not recognized by FEDEX and I have tried multiple times to contact the company but so far no one has bothered to respond to me!!!!! If there was a way for me to give this sham of a company a negative star I would but in order to continue with my review I had to give “a star”🤯!

Sends out "We want to hear from you but never responds. What a crock! Ordered one size and then they send a totally different size. Buyer beware!! SCAM SCAM SCAM! On top of that still haven't received my order!

I ordered 2 blouses, in October 2021. And yet still to get them. I've emailed them they always say there has been a mix up in shipping. But on its way, it's now December. Never again. I will put a complaint on them on all social media.

I placed 2 orders and received one of them a month later. The tracking numbers are trash. I am still waiting on the 2nd order which should have been the first order I received. The sizing is off and I am unimpressed with the quality. May I add I sent 2 emails inquiring about my order no response. it sucks big time!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Horrible, cheap material, not what is pictured, and they make the return process impossible! Asked for a photo of the items to return as well as the original invoice and then zero response on next steps. DO NOT BUY!!

This company is awful, I've been trying to return my items for over two months and they won't give me the information on where to return them. The phone number that is provided they don't call you back and I send emails twice a day thinking they would get tired of me but NO response.

Just want to let you all know. I order one item on INS.com and received a different item it was just a similar color between those two items.
The customer service of INS.com is horrible.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM INS.com.

NEVER BUY FROM ins.com. Clothing. Liars, cheats! Phone doesn't work. No email response with Returns Address. Email response: useless, automated. delivery: 4-7 wks. You're stuck with garbage.

I have been trying to return an item thats is well within the return policy timeline. no response from INS service center at all. I have email the my return request 3 times as I can not access the portal. the return process is set up to make it impossible. In hope that you will just give up. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE

Ordered a dress wrong colour have tried returning but can get no response from 10 emails

Scammed my daughter who brought an outfit from them for $75 dollars. Never got the outfit in a timely manner. It was for her senior homecoming. She didn’t have no back up outfit and missed out on her homecoming. We been trying to track the order but they gave us a fake tracing number. It keeps saying it’s in California and the next day it will say China what’s going on ?Can’t get a hold of customer service. Don’t buy from them!

Ordered two weeks ago with a rush shipping. Nothing. CANNOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. Lesson learned, not sure why they are able to keep advertising. I suppose i'm out $60.00 due to everyone else's responses on here! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

This is the most horrible company I have ever ordered do not buy anything from them. I ordered a jacket for my wife for our anniversary she has really wanted a leather style looking jacket for some time now. The jacket took 2 months to get to us (good thing I got back up gifts because I had a feeling it was going to take long) and I also purchased rapid shipping. The jack let does not fit of course and is weird looking, emailed 5 times no response and has been way past the 28 day return policy by time I received it, yes wasted 80$. Now stuck with it. Go spend our money at a real store.

Like many others, I have not received a response when asking for a return label/instructions. I've emailed 3 times, called and left a message, messaged on Whatsapp, and messaged through FB. Not one reply. The reason I want to return my order is that every single article of clothing is made from shockingly cheap materials, fabric that feels like those super thin vinyl tablecloths that you buy for a single party and then throw away. Even the "denim" jeans are a denim pattern printed on this awful fabric. The sewing looks like a child did it. Not one of the 5 pieces I ordered was worth keeping. I want to return it all, as per the "guarantee" listed on the website and app. I will be disputing the charge.

I will never order from here again and will let others know not to also. I’m still trying to return a dress (that I got 2 of for some reason). I have sent 3 messages and have not gotten a reply with return information. My first message was October 8

Should be zero stars. No functional phone. No at to make returns. No return portal.I was stupid to even order.

Huge Scam. What you see in the picture is not what you get. Not sure why Facebook allows them on their sight. Do not ever order from INS.com. You will be sorry.
