I ordered a hoodie from here last year. I was going through and throwing away receipts because I completely forgot about it! They stole my money! Complete scam! I ordered on July 25, 2024, it’s June 19, 2025 and I never received the hoodie for my son! Now you can’t even find a website. COMPLETE SCAM!

This company appears to be a scam.
I ordered two items back in May and have never received a confirmation email that the items have been sent. I emailed them first at an email address I read in a review somewhere in June and got no response.
I have now emailed them at their support email, which is the email listed on their website at the bottom. I immediately received an email from the mail delivery subsystem saying, "550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist."

It appears they took the money and ran.

Absolute scam, 6 months and no response from any emails or social media networks

I wished I had read these reviews before I placed an order. I ordered my husband some trousers and have not received anything!! I ordered on the 7th October, it's now 21st November and when I've checked the delivery status it says 'To be processed'
Insakura site should be shut down!!

I’ve ordered from them in the past, it only took a couple weeks and I only received one of two items. I forgave them since I liked the pants. Now it’s been over a month and there’s been zero communication. I put in another two orders. Order #2341744 and #2341745

Totaling over 300 USD

Please rectify this issue or legal action will be taken.

Product never arrived. Support doesn't reply back.

I guess I still have hope...

Ok, so after bombing their email, instagram and facebook pages, I still haven't gotten any replies whatsoever, there's no point any more...

I complained with Starship, which is their tracking system and they said they have nothing to do with it, and then I tried to file a complain with Shopify, which supposed to be handling their purchases, and they don't even find the order in their data base...

So yeah, is basically a Scam, no doubt.

It's a scam. It's been over a month since I ordered—they must be growing the material. Sent a few emails. Not a single reply.

This site is a complete SCAM. The email they provide to you is not available, so you can not receive any assistance and if you bought something, it means you have already lost your money: SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Same issue....3 months and no delivery or even a response to email. Took my money immediately, without ever shipping anything. I can't believe this can keep happening and they are STILL an operational site. It needs to be shut down immediately.

I ordered 2+ months ago. Still no communication about when it will be shipped or any communication at all. Wish I saw some more reviews before I ordered.

Nice genuine looking website but after taking my money and sending a confirmation email, no shipping details, no support responses to the emails.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and still havent got any other than confirmation email hope it isnt scam but the hope is still there

This company seemed so legit but I honestly think they’re a scam I’m out of pocket to the tune of £120.00. No show on the items purchased and no reply on emails avoid them like the plague

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Slick website. Ordered 2 items. They never turned up. My emails TO insakura went unanswered. Luckily I paid on a credit card. Do not shop here.

Probably a scamming site. Nearly 6 weeks since I was so stupid as to pay with my debet card. I got a order no, no tracking number, no reply from supportmail. 179 euros most likely lost. Big dent in the budget for a RN. Order no : 2341557 in case the firm want to restore my faith in online shopping.

NEVER USE INSAKURA.COM, CHEAT AND FRAUD
Wrote to them that I had not received my order. They replied that they would look for it, but then I heard no more.
I have written several times, but without success.
STOP USING THEM, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN.

Like everyone else here, was sent wrong product for 1 order and never even received shipping details for another order.

Mistake that cost me a couple hundred dollars, don't give your money to this company.

Sent an email to support@insakura which doesn't exist. Sent another to hello@insakura, let's see what happens. Happy to change my review if Insakura actually responds

Great experience! Was scared with the reviews here I decided to give it a try with all the great clothes they have! Everything turned out great I love everything I received 👍

A scam! As some people mentioned here, the support doesn't reply, you have no way to communicate with them. I gave them a benefit of doubt but it looks like I was wrong. You receive that the order has been placed but that's that, the end of it. Positive reviews I'm most certain are bots. Do not order from here and choose better rated shops. Disappointed
