The fragrance and product itself is fantastic, no issues whatsoever. My issue is in relation to shipping and customer service. The website states that shipping is next day or same day if before 1pm/2pm. I ordered the evening of 9th March so I expected my order to be packed and shipped next day. I had no notification of shipment. By 13th March I emailed and chased the shipment, I was very kind and courteous including heart emojis. I didn’t get a response or an apology but within 1 hour of sending the email I get a notification of shipment. Royal Mail website said it was awaiting to receive the parcel, by 16th March it was continuing to say awaiting to receive the parcel. I sent an email on 16th March in the evening explaining my disappointment and to chase the delivery, I requested a response to see where the parcel was as Royal Mail hadn’t received the item. Again an hour later, Royal Mail emailed saying it had been received. Could be a coincidence but seems unlikely. I’ve had no response or apology for the delay. I understand it’s not a massive issue but it is frustrating when you pay for delivery and website says one thing and you have to chase twice for an item for it to arrive 8 days later. If following the website and shipping it should have arrived by 12th/13th March but instead it arrived on 18th.

Brilliant service and they went out of their way to help and accommodate my difficulties in trying to pay for an order. The package is beautiful - looks very expensive. It would be a great gift for someone if you know their scent profile.

The best perfume and aftershave site bar none. I've tried most dupe sites and these are long lasting, highly accurate and great value. Highly recommended.

The packaging is exquisite and the fragrance is divine.

Highly intense fragrance lasts all day

Just engaged with one of your customer services agent over the phone, I asked about longevity and projection, as I usually buy authentic brands, and he/she was very rude in their response , and told me to go buy the real ones, I told them, very rude and professional service, they can assumed I buy and ask for refunds, and doesn’t care about my negative review, they have now blocked me, I’ve taken a screenshot if you want to investigate. Hoenslty really disappointed considering you was recommended by a good friend.

Good quality and last for long time and had lots of compliments

These perfumes are amazing. Not everyone can afford the named brands and these dupes are top level. I’ve tried around 4-5 dupes of various super expensive perfumes, and unfortunately EVERY SINGLE DUPE had a very odd smell at the end like a bottom note of Alcohol and vinegar….THIS BRAND DOES NOT HAVE THIS AWFUL AFTER SMELL, it just flows & it perfect. The packaging is so super handy too, it’s a smaller rectangle bottle that is not very thick & has a super nice pump spray, it’s perfect for going in your bag or even your pocket & these deceivingly smaller containers are just that “Deceiving” as they hold A LOT of perfume I think around 300 sprays….The price point is ridiculous, their products are so so affordable yet without doubt the best quality scent I’ve had up to now, I can not recommend enough, I was shocked to say the least and feel the owners of this brand understand quality that doesn’t break the bank & is therefore for everyone.

Bought 2 Fragrances randomly and thought how it will be but when tried it was awesome and long lasting as well.

Got 5 of the 20mil pocket aftershave and they strong as you like I have a bottle of creed my self from a main shop and it's as good or could say better
