Product ordered was a dry erase board. I received a piece of wood with some paint on it. Impossible to use as a dry erase board.

Order arrived 2 months after the order was placed.

Would never order from this company again

I received and unfinished piece of wood. Not a white board. It only has one side done the other is blank and also unfinished. This was a gift for my boyfriend to coach basketball this year. I will not be ordering again

My earrings are broken/missing pieces and I havent heard anything back from customer service after reaching out

The item was not as advertised. When I reached out to their customer service department to ask for a refund/return, they refused to do anything since “the parcel was delivered”. I have started the process of reporting them as fraudulent to PayPal. Do not buy from these crooks

Edit: to Insgifts, why would I send you an another email to your customer service department? I’ve already sent five. Each one had my order number and my complaints.

I ordered two of the Keychain and I was really looking forward to getting them. I uploaded photos of my cats, at your request, and according to your website photos, their images were supposed to be etched into the leather. Instead, I got some random cat stamped on them with white ink. If you hadn't implied that the artwork would look like them, I wouldn't be upset, but you asked for pictures. Very misleading.

Hat was delivered scrunched. Was packed too small of a box. The wire brim was bent at it has taken quite a bit to get it to look decent. Still doesn’t set quite right. Not a happy camper

The ornament was quite cheaply made. I actually ordered one on Amazon for $10 and was not happy so I took a chance and ordered one from you at $40 and it was the same cheap ornament. What you don’t see in the picture is all the custom items just fall to the bottom of the ornament. They should be set in place so they are readable and have glitter or sprinkles loose around them

This is not a usable night latch. The buckle is Plastic And the material is so thin it will break the first time a horse bucks

The item was not what I ordered. The hat came in a completely different color and the logo was in the wrong color and it was so small on the hat. I asked for a refund but apparently they don’t do that. Hands down one of the worst experiences iv had buying online.

You said my package was delivered but where? Not in my mailbox or on my porch. Where was it delivered?

This was marketed as the knody crib board. What arrived was not that. That’s a cheap scam

The item I got is simply a "knock off" of an actual Knody travel cribbage board. It is not even what is shown on their website. It is cheaply made out of fake leather and maybe balsa wood, not attached together well, and the pegs don't stay in the holes. It is not at all what is advertised. I contacted the company and was offered a 20% compensation to keep the item. I will take the 20%, but will not be keeping the item. It will be put in the trash. Fortunately not too expensive - but lesson learned.

What a scam, this item was nothing near what it was described as. Made of cheap vinyl, and stitching is poor. I want my money back.

Do not order from this company! Does not come from the USA. Takes forever ( 3 months) to receive. Order shotgun rack. Only set one hanger.

Poor quality, nothing like the advertising . Promised a 20% refund straight away, of which I’d prefer a complete refund, but take whatever I can, and the refund never came. The customer service is as bad as the hats

I ordered this with expedited shipping , 38$. Was supposed to be delivered 3-4 business days.
Needed it for my wedding. Arrived on 7 business days. Never received for my wedding. Very disappointed

The product was not what I ordered. It was supposed to be leather and it wasn't. Also the color of the lettering was wrong as was the color of the stitching.
