Until you need them everything fine of course. When you have a question, they are just not answering you. They are wiritng emails unrelated to your question. For 2 months i am trying to get an aswer to my question. More than 10 emails... Give some more money and get what you deserve. I'm switching to another insurance company.

Parallel haben Sie mit unserem Kundenservice und dem Schadenteam geschrieben. Vielleicht kam es hier zu Unklarheiten, da Ihnen zu einem konkreten Schadensfall nur unser Schadenteam weiterhelfen kann. Der Schadensfall ist noch in Bearbeitung und Sie können sich zum Zwischenstand gerne beim Schadenteam melden.

Also conserning SF Klasse. the changed SF class in their own way and charged me for the whole year with a x10 sum.
And they blackmailed me in the type that they will send info to the Police that i had driven without an insurance (InShared insurance).
Company are scammers!

schade, dass es offenbar zu Unklarheiten in Bezug auf die SF-Klasse und den Beitrag kam. Da wir keinen konkreten Vertrag zuordnen können, kann der genaue Grund nicht geprüft werden.
Allgemein gilt, dass wir zur SF-Klasse eine Bestätigung vom Vorversicherer brauchen. Zum einen kann es sein, dass der Vorversicherer etwas anderes bestätigt, als Sie erwartet haben – eventuell gab es dort eine Sondereinstufung oder einen Rabattschutz, den wir nicht übernehmen. Zum anderen kann die Anfrage vom Vorversicherer abgelehnt werden. In dem Fall melden wir uns bei Ihnen per E-Mail und sind auf Ihre Mithilfe angewiesen. Sollten wir von Ihnen keine Rückmeldung und somit die nötige Bestätigung nicht erhalten, kann es zu einer Rückstufung kommen.
Der von Ihnen erwähnte Hinweis zu den rechtlichen Folgen ist keinesfalls eine Erpressung. Wenn Sie trotz Mahnungen den Beitrag nicht bezahlen, werden Sie darüber informiert, dass der Versicherungsschutz aufgehoben werden kann. Sollte es dazu kommen, werden sowohl Sie als auch die Zulassungsstelle darüber informiert.

SF Klasse. At start, they downed my SF klasse from SF 2 to 1 with no explanation. At the year End i changed my Car insurance to DEVK and InShared told DEVK my SF klasse is 0. InShared is worst scum on The Earth.
