We've just had shutters installed by London Interior Shutters and absolutely love them. Hayley and the team were friendly and provided great customer service throughout the ordering process. We couldn't be happier with the end result :)

I can't recommend highly enough.

We had quotes from 4 companies for our shutters but we were most impressed with London Interior Shutters immediately. Not only was Daniel personable, knowledgeable and really helpful when selecting which shutters were best for our home (even talking us out of more unnecessarily expensive options!) and the only one to bring samples, but the quote came in at over £1k cheaper than the others. Their reviews were excellent so we were confident that the quality would be good, and we went ahead with the order.

The lead time was ~3 months, but they were upfront about that at the quotation stage, and we had good communication from Hayley in the office whilst we were waiting which was very reassuring.

When we got the notification that our order had arrived, the installation was arranged for later the same week. Our fitter Alex arrived on time, was respectful of our house and finished the whole job in half a day. Our shutters look amazing and are well worth the wait.

We are super happy and I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat, real professionals and a pleasure to deal with throughout. Thanks so much!

Had shutters installed for three bay windows in my bedrooms. I was very pleased with Daniel during the sales process and Hayley for the communication during the wait for delivery. The shutters for the three windows were installed efficiently in half a day. They look great and I will use London Interior Shutters again for my downstairs window after renovations are completed.

The whole process was very smooth from start to finish. On the initial appointment for quotation Dan was very helpful and transparent. He answered all my questions thoroughly, he does really know what he is talking about. I loved his honesty too, I enquired for something which was more expensive which he advised against.

After I placed my order, Hayley made regular contact with us to keep us updated of delivery and fitment dates.

Alex fitted the shutters and did a splendid job. He advised me on how to clean the shutters and talked me through everything he did.

Great service and quality product from London Interior Shutters. We are really happy with how they look and they really finish off our renovation. After our initial enquiry Daniel came round to measure and we had a quote straight away. They were really competitive and seem like great value for the quality.
