Cleaner was hired for a deep clean for…

Cleaner was hired for a deep clean for a 500+ sq ft one bedroom apt. Cleaner was two and a half hours late. Manager named "Shane" was disrespectful and dismissive. Very poor customer relations. Should not be allowed to communicate with customers. Clueless.

Because the cleaner was so late I only received a light cleaning of parts of the kitchen and bathroom and bedroom closet.

Insider charged me$270. and change upfront.

Huge ripoff, can't say anything good about this company.
