Genuine site, no pretense, refreshing honest money saving deals. I would recommend without hesitation. As a senior of 72 years of age ,it is a joy to find such service .

I used to spend hours comparing flights across different websites. Now I just scan the insider flying emails and decide quickly. The madeira deal we booked saved us over £200. I cross checked it before booking and it was exactly as advertised. That keeps me comfortable renewing.

The sydney deal was the one that convinced me. I had been putting that trip off for years because of flight costs. When the alert came through I double checked it on comparison sites still cheaper. Booked it the same day. That alone made the membership worthwhile. Thanks!

I travel from manchester mainly so I wasn’t sure how relevant it would be. Turns out plenty of deals depart from there. The bangkok fare I caught was spot on. Clear instructions book direct done. Good communication from Tim.

I appreciate that the deals arent unrealistic. Flexible dates yes but not impossible routes. The Vienna deal worked perfectly with my schedule. Its practical travel savings not hype. Big difference.

Im recently semi retired and finally have flexibility with dates. insider flying has been brilliant for that. The marrakech deal that came through was £260 less than i’d seen elsewhere. I booked directly with the airline the same afternoon. The email was clear and easy to follow. It just makes travel feel more affordable again.

Premium tier is where the real value shows for me. The emirates business class deal I booked would’ve taken hours to find alone. Direct airline booking meant zero uncertainty. It’s efficient and well managed.

I joined to look for a long haul flight back and depth from London to Japan for a particular date but couldn’t find cheap deal from the website unfortunately. Tim was very helpful and even offered to look for my flights. I booked the flight as I had to arrive by certain fare. Therefore I requested Tim to refund my membership because I seldom travel. Tim was quick to respond and to refund my membership. Thank you. I think the website is very good for frequent flyers.

My rating is only based on the support and understanding I have received since I joined. Tim has been amazing in dealing with my nuances and differences and his response time is very quick.
As I have not been through the process of booking a flight , I am unable to comment on that process. I will write another review when that happens.
However , with the prices I see to places I would eventually want who to, they are excellent.

I really like this site, the interface is really engaging and I love the simplicity of it - so much now is over complicated and I want just straight forward deals and that's what I get subscribed to their emails. However, the biggest positive is the fantastic communication with the team, the response times are just amazing and quite frankly, nothing I have experienced in this field, compares to it. I always think I am good at finding deals but some of the deals I have seen on the site are amazing value. I'd strongly urge buying a membership to anyone who enjoys travel but doesn't always want the hard grafting that can be involved!

not gonna lie i thought it was one of those scammy things but the deals are legit. found flights to cape town and jburg for really cheap. not booked yet, but thinking about how to make the dates work. thanks

Got it for business class deals from London. Found an insane Singapore deal (£1.3k instead of £3k) so it paid for itself. BUT - deals are random. If you've got set dates, forget it. Worth it if you're flexible and can book quickly. Not worth it if you're planning a specific trip. Tim's customer service is actually good though, which is rare these days.

Honestly forgot I'd signed up. Then started getting deal emails and booked a flight to Porto for April.
It's not every day – but more like 2-3 times a week. I have not checked the portal itself, emails work for me.

We are a family of 5 going to Thailand and saving on flights is a great advantage. I find the deal notifications especially useful since I keep getting deals to different destinations in Thailand. Tim has been very helpful, thank you!
