Highly recommend Insight Pest Solutions. Aaron, was the technician this time and he did an amazing job! He went above and beyond, we had vole issues and they are now resolved also had wasps issues around our pool now all gone! We also had serious issues with spider webs on our security cameras and that also has been taken care of thanks to them

Review:
I hired Insight Pest Solutions in Toronto to remove a wasp nest directly outside my front door. Unfortunately, my experience was very concerning. The technician sprayed an aerosol product without providing any safety guidelines or health precautions. Within minutes, the chemical smell spread throughout my entire home.

When I raised concerns, both the technician on-site and the company by phone told me it was “impossible” and dismissed the issue. Poison Control Ontario gave me very different guidance, advising me to vacate and ventilate because of the health risks if the smell was that pungent .I had to remain outside my home for over 8 hours, wearing a mask when I went back in.

At no point did the company ask about ventilation, the age of my home, or whether anyone inside had health conditions — all of which should matter when using chemicals so close to a front entry. I was left feeling that my family’s health and safety were minimized.

I’m sharing this so that others in the community are aware and can make an informed decision.

Insight is great. Nolan showed up when we needed him the most and gave us a great deal! He had his tech, Jason, come out and we couldn't be happier with the service. Jason went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results, and boy, are we ever! Thank you for the great work guys, the spiders are almost all but gone and they even got rid of a massive hornets nest I couldn't reach safely. I would highly recommend Insight for all your pest control needs!

Kid came to my house and sold me a "special" $74.00 a quarter. Sounded like a great deal so I signed up and now they want $74 A MONTH! DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE! Now they're hounding me for a cancellation fee even though I keep offering to PAY FOR THE SERVICE BY QUARTER! lol

Aaron, the tech, was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. He came when he said he would and was very helpful. This was first treatment by Insight Pest Control and I have been impressed so far with the service. Also, Joe from the office has been friendly and helpful, too.

Jason was a very professional and friendly technician. He asked me if there were any concerns before starting the job and addressed them in a timely and efficient manner.

Garment was very thorough, friendly with my dogs and serviced my vet large property. Highly recommend.
