We have been using this company for a year now and notice a huge difference in spiders and ants. Michael and Rohan are always a pleasure to deal with. If they notice a problem they deal with it right away and always gives a detailed summary .

We are very happy with the service and work provided this spring/summer. We have dealt with ant hills for many years, and by late spring we see many ants in our home. This year we hired Insight to deal with our ongoing problem as well the wasp issue in our back yard. We called Insight when the ant hills were not completely gone (although no ants were seen in our home) and they came out immediately to respray the hills. No problem after that.
Our real issue this summer was wasps and thanks to Basil Alarez, we are now able to sit and eat dinner outside without the wasps bothering us.

We’ve had an ongoing problem with spiders returning way too soon after application however,

Had our first visit today. Trevor was very professional, understanding and very thorough about the whole services. We get alot of mice and spiders in our area. We are very pleased so far with everything that he did today. Can’t wait to see the outcomes of all this in the near future.

Gurmeet provided excellent service

First off you need to understand that this is a hard sell company that will promise you the moon. We were told all the things they were going to do: spraying 3' up on the outside walls, removing all spider egg nests from the eves, etc, etc etc. They did not disclose that there was a penalty in the contract for cancellation. They were here no more than 20 minutes. They practically ran around the house with a spray can and disappeared.
